Picked up my 2019 Nissan Rogue today and I couldn't be happier about my experience. Paul and Ryan made it so easy I will pass the word onto all of my family and friends. Enterprise car sales in Des Moines, IA is awesome.

Error in sale has proved to be a wonderful experience in showing how customer service is addressed. This store has worked above and beyond to fix an error and negative experience and instead building a positive experience. I have never experienced a dealership so invested in their customers positive experience and it's refreshing.

I knew what I wanted. They had it. Josue (pronounced 'ho-sway') was very nice to work with. Patient. No pressure salesman. Edin got me great financing. Huge selection of late-model cars an SUVs. And I love my 2018 red Kia Soul! I call her "sweets". LOL! Just a great car-shopping experience all the way around. I highly recommend them!

Very helpful sales staff. I felt the entire process was transparent and honest. I did have a minor problem with my car a couple days after my purchase and Enterprise made it right.

When we bought our first car it was a total nightmare, so we were super hesitant on going through the process again, but glad we took the leap because enterprise was absolutely amazing! The process was so simple, the customer service was over the top, they made sure to show us everything we wanted for our dream SUV and didn’t try to push us out of our price limit. Everyone here was super friendly and helpful. Austin our sales consultant was incredibly easy to work with. Ryan in finance was really transparent with the numbers and knowledgeable with rates. There was no pressure on sales at all. There offer on trade was honest. We looked at a few vehicles before making our decision. The prices were spot on.and we even saved $$$. Btw they also offer great extended protection plans that are easy on budget. We look forward to doing business with them in the future and highly recommend this destination! No haggling or games!
