The car was clean the gas was filled up the mileage was unlimited love it Infiniti Q50 top of the Line Enterprise is the best!
Enterprise representatives were ultimately attentive to all of my interests upon renting a vehicle any questions that came about were answered in a timely and successful manner when asked if I needed transportation to my destination was very surprising enterprise -rent -a- car would be one of my recommendations for future references.
I was in desperate need of a rental. Rita explained what I needed and why. My reservation time had lapsed and when I spoke to her next she made it for the next day. Pick up was easy and quick.thank you.
The Downtown Enterprise location provides me a great experience; they are friendly, quick to help, and get me on the road in a timely manner. I rent from Enterprise for work about 30 times/year. I just moved to Des Moines and this location is fantastic both because it's nearby my home and because of their great work.
The Enterprise staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. The car itself smelled poorly, so it was a long 2 weeks!
This is my go to when renting a vehicle. Always clean vehicles staff is very nice. And most importantly they always have the vehicle I reserved when I show up. And being able to drop off after hours is a nice option.

Was supposed to have a vehicle ready, was told they have NO CAR AVAILABLE when we got there, didn't bother checking other locations to see if they might have one
There racists and I have proof and also lie and they're service is horrendous my son is going back to Texas early cause after 15 years living here he came back and thought things were different but Matt and employee and rita the manager to showed him they were not were seeking lawyer consultation or I would print the evidence I have to show obvious racism and bias because of the color of his skin rita the manager. Actually called my son high risk and Matt said it was because my son had a 40000 dollar car out when we had a jeep compass pfor over a monthwith no problems
Believe it or not, this is how this vehicle was delivered to me at time of pick up. What you can’t see in these disgusting pictures, is the smell of this truck.
Nothing like hopping in a hot truck that smells like an ashtray.
Although they were nice the car they gave me was filthy! Not only all the dirt and dead bugs on the outside but inside also.
Looked like possibly ice cream or ice coffee splashed and dried on steering wheel. Dirty windows.
I told him I didn't want a dirty car. He took car to clean.
It was wet but bug guts still there and looked like only thing he did was wipe off that one spot.

Very nice staff and worked with insurance company. Didn't have any problems when I needed extra time while our car was being fixed!
They gave me a high mileage SUV definitely needed serviced had service light on and the vehicles shook I am sure it's a bad tire. What a disappointment.
Renting a vehicle could not be more complicated with Enterprise at this location. I don't know whether it's bad customer service here, or due to insurance claim rental, or the staff is careless, or they just discriminate against us. I got on the phone with Matt several time and arranged everything 1 day before coming and when we showed up the next day he said he did not understand and there was no vehicle. They refused to let me talk to the manager and told us to go away to another branch to pick up the vehicle. Very disappointed I'm waiting for their formal response in a few days before filing to BBB.
