If you need to rent a car, please consider renting from here! The manager, C. J. O'rourke is the man and hooked me up big time! He even answered my emails during after hours! Definitely will rent from him again!

The pickup was fast and the car was very clean. The parking lot did not have "Enterprise" listed for the row the car was parked in so it took me some time to find the car and it was snowing and freezing cold. There was a different name the representative told me to look for the car under, which escapes me, but that wasn't visible on any sign either. However, the rest of the experience was great.

My insurance company picked this place to do business with. I see why. Their staff are courteous and professional. Great selection of vehicles. Convenient hours and days. They work hard to gain your trust and respect. If ever in need of a rental, give this place a chance. In my opinion of course.

The check in process was easy at Enterprise counter. Tung Trinh really knew his job setting me up in a timely manner with renting my car. When I came to drop off car, he also asked how everything went with the car. Appreciate his customer service!

I used to associate Enterprise with nice vehicles but the last few times the vehicles have been very underwhelming. My most recent rental had the front bumper disconnected from the driver side fender. There was a significant stain in the passenger seat, along with a hole which looks like it came from a cigarette. It's embarrassing having others get in the vehicle as it's not well maintained. I would assume Enterprise would feel that same embarrassment renting it but obviously that was not the case. I showed the pictures upon arrival back at the airport and there was no real concern presented. Only told me to hold on to the pictures.

I will be traveling to Cedar Rapids multiple times a year in the next 5 years, and I will never use this Enterprise again. Horrible experience. We picked our rental car up on a Thursday. Upon arrival there was a typed sign up saying they were closed and to go to National (the window next to Enterprise). We picked up the car with no issues. We go to return it on Sunday @ 7 pm. Their hours state they are open until 10 pm every day. Again there is a sign up stating go to National. We return the car to National, and are told we would get an emailed receipt. We have yet to receive anything but I got an email this morning (Monday) stating the car was never returned and is now 23 hours past due. I have tried to call them but they have all calls forwarded to the main office. The lady I spoke to at the main office hung up on me. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ENTERPRISE!

Got the billing receipt in email quickly.

The check in process was so quick and we returned so early we just dropped the keys off in the box and off we went to catch our flight. Could not have been easier.

We were supposed to fly out of Punta Gorda on 9/28/22 but our flight was canceled due to Hurricane Ian. We ended up renting a vehicle from Enterprise at the Fort Myers Airport. It was a 2022 Chevy Traverse with all the bells and whistles. We drove it all the way back to Iowa and when we returned it today Kenyatha Cage was working at the counter. She greeted us with a smile and asked how the car was. We said the car was greet but the drive was long. I jokingly asked if we could get a discount for saving their vehicle from the hurricane and she said she could waive the drop off fee. I said really? She said you did just literally run for your lives. That was such a HUGE relief for us! Thank you Kenyatha!

I am a travel nurse who has rented cars from Enterprise from locations from Grand Forks North Dakota, Waterloo Iowa and Cedar Rapids Iowa. I had less than stellar service with the car from Waterloo. BUT, the Grand Forks and Cedar Rapids locations were great! Clean, smoke free and perfect condition vehicles were presented to me. Thank you Grand Forks, ND and Cedar Rapids, Iowa for giving me peace of mind with my vehicle. I’ll use you again!

Booked on line and had to change the dates because schedules changes and was very easy to accomplish. The car was clean however a minor dent over the driver side front wheel which I pointed out.
Was a good experience.

TLDR: Just turn and run now. Go to Hertz or Avis or Budget. Call a cab anything but this Enterprise Branch.

I would triple check with this branch before booking with them.
I was visiting Iowa for the July 4th weekend. I called to book a reservation from my hotel in Iowa City. I called rather than book online because with it being a holiday I wanted to confirm availability. The representative on the phone was pleasant and was able to reserve a car for me and sent me a confirmation number.
My father-in-law dropped me off at the location and then made his way back home. I stood in line for 45 minutes only to be told "I can't take same day bookings. " I proceeded to show the representative my confirmation email with the confirmation number. To which she stated "I don't know why they booked it. I don't have any cars. " I asked "How is it possible for me to receive a confirmation without a car available? " Her reply was "They don't call us to see if we have any availability. They just book the reservation. " I again inquired how a nation wide company doesn't have an internal communication system only to be met with shrugged shoulders.
I called my father-in-law and had him turn back around (he had just pulled into his driveway) to pick me up. I then called the Enterprise toll free number and recounted the whole ordeal to the booking agent. He told me to try and talk to the manager of the branch to see what could be done. I went back inside and asked the representative for the manger, who wasn't in, she gave me his card.
While waiting for my father-in-law I called the Enterprise toll free number and asked to speak with someone in a higher position than the booking agent. I was transferred to a representative and again recounted the whole ordeal. Her response was one that I could logically understand. Apparently the branch did not update their system to show NO AVAILABILITY which is why the booking agent was able to "reserve" a car for me. I almost went back inside to go full Steve Martin in "Trains, Planes, & Automobiles" on the representative at the counter, but I decided against that route and chose to wait for my father-in-law.
Please just triple check you reservation before proceeding here. This ordeal was really unpleasant, and I would hate for someone else to have to go through the same thing.

Absolutely horrible! I booked threw an agent for pick on June 1 after being disconnected two differant times. Flight got delayed tried calling for after hour pick disconnected twice. Finally got threw and was told I would have to pick it up in morning. Ok I understand that. Got called 20 mins later and was told they accidentally rented my reservation and was rented out.
Absolutely will never do business with this place again. I'm sure hertz or who ever else is in the airport will keep a reservation when made

The agent that helped me at the time of drop off was plain rude. I have experience him before and they guy doesn't have it in him to be polite to customers.

I'm in town for a dying family member, my significant other reserved a car for me, and used his card. They refused the reservation because it didn't match my ID (fine, policy, I get it), and refused to let me pay with my debit card because I didn't have a return itinerary, I had planned to return the car to a different Enterprise location as per my reservation. One star because she made some calls to see if she could do anything, otherwise it would be zero if possible, because now I'm stranded at the airport.

I am leaving this review because I left an expensive purse and pair of sunglasses in a rental car and it was returned to me! The airport enterprise staff are trustworthy and efficient.
