Beautiful community and such cleanliness the pool is great and kid friendly absolutely love this community!

Love coming to the pool its open daily and has nice clean water and staff is very pleasant and takes good care of the pool and grounds

I love our place! Monica helped us buy ours and it’s affordable. Our community is so nice and quiet and I love our manager! She’s always willing to help us in anyway she can.

I absolutely love Ewing Trace. Monica is AMAZING and is always willing to help. She’s so attentive to our problems and needs unlike our last manager. Not to mention how well she keeps the pool nice and clean. Definitely a great place to call home!

Lived here since 2017 and new management is ruining this whole park. They charge people $150 for “forced mows” and forcing residents to paint decks that were here and UNPAINTED when we moved here. They cut down all the trees and did not mulch the stumps and now charge us if we don’t trim the “bushes” growing from said stumps. They are driving people to sell their homes here but also won’t let people have for sale signs in their yard, or they will be fined. All this money they’re taking from people and they can’t even keep their pool clean for their residents. It’s filthy and wasp infested. This place is majorly going down hill and the manager Monica is to blame. You are a manager not a dictator stop acting like one

It feels like im allways on vacation when i come home.the manager is the best ive ever had in all my life as a renter she always gives me a warm welcome and she remembers my name.thank you

Great looking community, has a pool, pond, resident activities and for the most part, it's clean (a few residents could use some yard clean up). Highly recommend.
