I just experienced a unprofessional tone from Allie asking if I am ok with a laugh. At first I am trying to explain myself on what I am calling in about and the reply I get was unprofessional. I asked for a manager and yet the same voice came on pretending that I do not recognize the voice. Very disappointing.
