Didn't end up needing them but they seemed organized and ready for pick up

Instead of just charging the $10 in town, they are charging $20. That is not ok. Do something about this.

Terrible!
I asked for an estimated time the man started yelling at me saying “ma’am ma’am I can’t help you with a time they’ll be there I can’t do everything I wish I could. ” I said I apologize if you thought I was giving attitude I was just trying to see when to be ready. Man said good luck getting home and hung up very much not professional.

Called when we arrived at 3: 30pm, they said they couldn’t do anything after 5pm. We asked if they could pick us up straight away and weren’t picked up until 4: 10pm. We had a lady pick us up at Mason City Airport. She was very rude when we asked whether they would take us to the Buddy Holly Memorial and back, saying “I DONT HAVE TIME FOR THAT” so we just asked to be dropped off at the bus stop. She wouldn’t help us get our luggage cases into the trunk. Upon getting out, I went around to get the luggage cases and she only half opened the trunk. The sun was out so I wasn’t looking up and ran straight into the trunk door, banging my head, which has left a lump. She then thought to get out our luggage cases. I am travelling with my blind mum who said she couldn’t tell if it was bleeding (because she’s blind) and the woman didn’t say sorry or look, she got in her car and left.

They’re the only taxi company in the area so get away with what they want. Very rude and unprofessional. Also this sign in the car sums up their attitude.
