I arrived on time, and had only a short wait. The young lady who performed the testing was especially communicative, explaining the function of each test as she set it up.

Also, I (Dan) asked to have all testing completed in one visit instead of two, thus being assessed annually instead of biannually. Dr. Chadderdon was agreeable to my request.

Even though I received not so good news and some good news about my eyes. I really appreciated the concern Dr Feldman showed as she was explaining the results of the tests and the plan of action needed. All of the staff are very friendly. I was so thrilled that I was able to see Dr Feldman again. I would highly recommend Eye Care Associates to anyone I know that is in need of a decent eye doctor.

Great office and staff. I didn’t have to wait long and then brought back. Staff and Optometrist were pleasant and kind to me. The optometrist explained every in clear concise term.

Dr. Feldman and staff always treat me like a rockstar. I have Multiple Sclerosis so my eye health is directly effective and Dr. Feldman always checks the nerves in my eyes and explains everything to me and what changes to watch for. I trust her with all my vision needs.

The service care provider, Dr. Feldman were great. However I purchased my glasses elsewhere because of the significant difference in price.

Everyone there was very very nice courteous polite very thorough with the exam I would recommend them 2 friends and family

Eye Care Associates was recommended to me by a friend. They got me in quickly, everyone was so pleasant, & the Doctor was great at taking the time to explain everything!

Our daughter loves Dr. Monroe. Dr. Monroe is very knowledgeable and we have started to see progress in the 8 sessions our daughter has attended.

Some of the nicest people I’ve ever met, worked with my insurance with more knowledge than I had, a top notch care facility.

I thought you did a good job! I never look forward to these appointments but it went as well as I could expect.

I was quoted a price for a contact exam when I called to make the appointment. After my appointment they charged me double the price. When I asked about the amount difference, I was told I was already getting a 10% discount. Like that should make up for the price of the exam being doubled than what I was quoted. Could never get an answer as to how I could have been quoted that big of a difference in prices. The billing woman kept saying it was because of the redaction but didn’t know what that was. I have no income due to a long term illness so budgeting is VERY important to me.

Always very helpful and friendly. One doctor's office I dont mind going too. Very strongly recommend

They were very patient with my children and understanding of their wiggles. I felt heard and everything was explained and addressed when I brought up concerns.

All of the associates are so personable & professional. I have always had a great experience we have been going to Dr Feldman since we moved to Marshalltown from New Bern, North Carolina in 2005. I have recommended Eye Care Associates to anyone that needs a wonderful place for someone that takes great care of your vision. I always look forward to my visits. Professional, prompt, and courteous. My glasses were done sooner than promised! Dr. Monroe is very professional, but caring & personable.

They have bilingual staff but asks you to take an interpreter with you to the appointment and the bilingual staff won’t help you in Spanish, until you ask. Makes me very uncomfortable and unprofessional.
