The ladies there were extremely helpful and friendly from check in through eye glasses selection. The Dr.was also very friendly and very thorough with his exam and explanation about the condition of your eyes. Great service!

My uninsured exam cost was the least expensive of any other optical store I called in Ames (just $75!). The technology they used made the entire process quick & easy. Thier staff were genuinely friendly & knowledgeable. I've already been recommending them to my friends!

My glasses crumbled on my face as I was wearing them, a week after purchasing, and they said i probably stepped on them for them to break, so they aren’t replacing them.

The worst frames I have purchased, couldn’t even last a week.

I am shifting to trifocal/progressive glasses for focal issues. They did not recheck my pupillary distance for the progressives. When I went in after getting my glasses with concerns, the PD they had on file, and in my new glasses, was incorrect for my eyes. The lady told me to get used to them. This was not ok. I went back this morning and the gal was very helpful in getting this issue straightened out and my glasses reordered.
