The amount of times I've called to try and schedule counseling and not received a call back is horrible. Also after reading the rest of these reviews I find it deeply disturbing this is the only mental health facility I can find in Ames that accepts state health care.

I would rate it a zero. Multiple occasions you have prescribed the wrong dosage for medication, for my fiancee. They do not communicate well.
