Found bed bugs in the room (#three one seven), notified the front desk and they notified the maintenance guy, maintenance guy was polite but said "we normally do a cleaning of the room and the rooms beside it when this happens". So this is normal? ! I notified the local department of health and notified the local department of inspections. I wouldn't stay here if I were you.

Was able to check in early. Room was clean, bed was comfy. They have other amenities pool gym etc. We didn't use those.

Very disappointed with the poor level of service at this location. Reservation was messed up, the rooms are in need of renovation, the beds were very uncomfortable. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Passing through as a traveler. Encountered the night staff which was excellent and very helpful. They were very accommodating to any requests that we had and were friendly and courteous.
The air conditioner had a little trouble keeping up in the hot weather.

Staff was friendly and worked hard to make sure your stay was relaxing and enjoyable.

The hot breakfast was tasty and the dining room was bright and clean!

Rooms were well maintained, clean and competitively priced.

Made a reservation to this hotel for my 18 year old son. Their hotel policy does not state that you have to be 21 to check in. After making reservation called, this policy came up. Called the hotel and they refused to refund the reservation and hang up on us twice. I would not stay here. Staff were rude and unprofessional. Much better options across the street.

I would not even book a reservation at this hotel. You show with a reservation with a confirmation number they have no record of it. The lady at the front desk was useless. She called her manager who said there is nothing they can do and I will have too book at a different hotel even thou this was prepaid non refundable. If it was possible to give negative stars I would.

Convenient to the Interstate (though not as noisy as I feared when we pulled in).

Staff was very friendly and helpful - the highlight of the stay.

Overall site was clean.

Rooms were nice, though if you're not sleeping on the "inside" side of the bed, you need to pull a chair over as a night stand. Large bottles of bathroom fluids for (re) use, vs individual guest ones.

Walkable places to eat were all low-end, but there are other locales within a short hop by car.

Breakfast buffet had decent quality and variety, but was nothing special.

I would stay here again, though I might also look for something a little nicer.

The staff members here are great. The maintenance guy quickly fixed our toilet situation, the cleaning ladies work hard daily, the ladies at reception desks are helpful, the free daily breakfast beyond our expectations, they are quick and efficient. Great stay!

We stayed here as part of our family vacation. The location was clean and the staff was friendly. The beds were on the hard side. I have high expectations when I stay at Marriot brand hotels and unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed in this one.
Side Note: They do not have connecting rooms

Stayed here after traveling for 9hrs the front desk was very helpful and super nice. Got into the suite the bed comforter wasn’t clean went to move the lamp to set up the sofa bed and it was wobbly and wasn’t put together. Went to try to sleep but guessing the people beside us decided to stay up all night. I wasn’t going to even give a review but my family and I travel a lot and this is the first time it has happened.

I rented two rooms, for my sons eleventh birthday. We went to the pool which was good because the kids had it to them selves but the hot tub was not so great, only two of the jets were working and there was a lot of stuff floating in the water. The t.v. In the room that my six year old and I were staying in would not work at all, I called the front desk and the lady came up to take a look, said she didn’t know what was wrong and there was nothing she could do because the hotel was booked and there was no other room to move in to. She said she would reach out to maintenance to see if they could help, and reach out to her GM that was supposed to arrive at work at eleven p.m. To see if she could offer a discount on the rooms for the inconvenience, and someone would call me. No one ever got back to me, and when I went to check out in the morning, I asked about it because my six year old was highly upset about the t.v. And the lady at the front desk said there was nothing they could to to offer a discount because I used a third party to book the rooms. Its frustrating that they can not do anything when it was something wrong with their device and booking.com has nothing to do with their faulty equipment. It’s too bad because the staff that I encountered were all nice and tried to help, and their breakfast buffet was a hit with my kids. But I think we will book at a different hotel next month.

Hotel is clearly understaffed like the rest of the world. The few employees I did encounter were friendly and helpful. One employee spilled the beans to our child on our family vacation surprise even when we seconds before said it’s a surprise don’t. Breakfast was decent for what most places can offer during Covid. Our room smelt of smoke and baby powder which threw us off. Our bathroom had peeling wall paper and what appeared to be some mold forming. The fan did not work and the shower easily flooded. Clearly our room had seen water damage more then once. The pool was deceiving from photos. It was dirty and had stuff floating in it that resembled vomit. The hot tub was warm but didn’t have working jets. Over all the place is in many ways run down. The staff however deserve 5 stars for attempting to be attentive with what they have to work with.

Great location. Easy on easy off the interstate. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Friendly staff. Bed was very comfortable!

Spent the weekend had 5 in a room only 3 towels there. Breakfast was very good went to check on housekeeping the second morning and was told oh you have to request thus but we don't tell anybody unless they are staying 3 or more nights theyvshould be telling people so we could request towels garbage pickup whatever. IMO. Locks quit working in rooms thus morning before we left happened to several with our dance group.

The staff were super welcoming, the room clean (except for a stained pillow case which they promptly took care of), the breakfast tasty, and the other guests friendly.

Mary and Alicia were extremely helpful and did amazing job meeting the needs of our organization while we have been traveling! Not a better place to stay for value, hospitality, and the rooms are clean! The customer service takes this place to the next level! It’s rarely a smooth ordeal when we travel our coaches but this place makes it so easy! Highly recommend for group bookings!

Rooms are very nice, and clean, and staff is very nice, and helpful. Management is very helpful, and caring. Nice pool clean, and breakfast was great lots to choose from.
