I was considering purchasing from here, especially because I was told the shoes were "BOGO Half Off. " Not after what I saw in pricing. I was going to purchase the Puma Cell Regulates, and the store has them marked up at $84.99. The problem? Puma THEMSELVES sell the same shoe for $44.99. No wonder it's "BOGO Half Off. " They nearly double MSRP I'm the first place. No thank you, Famous Footwear.

Very friendly and helpful! Was greeted promptly and was offered help by the store manager. Witnessed the manager having a negative interaction with a couple who wished to enter without a mask. They became crudely belligerent with him but he held his ground calmly! Congratulated him!

They got the Nike Airs that I needed wasn't the color I wanted but they explain why they didn't have the color it was just out of stock but they were very courteous and very nice to me

When someone makes a mistake it's apparently the customers fault had a employee use my points a 20$ rewards card on another customers transaction have got the run around for about two weeks now trying to get my points back employee was absolutely rude tonight when trying to resolve this issue called corporate the gentleman was very rude told me he couldn't help me that the other customer owes me the 20$ that was used off my account NOT THEM, then hung up on me

I looked online and found the pair of shoes I wanted. Went to the store listed having it in stock. Found it, correct size, paid for it and I was out the door. Friendly staff, clean store, lots of inventory available. I wear Wide Width and they have a great selection. I will go back even though they are on the other side of town from where I live. Worth the drive.
