Great family atmosphere. This is not a normal studio. Everyone cares for one another. The energy is amazing and well worth the time!
Love. Love. Love. Before Farrells, I loved working out but HATED the gym. I hated having to make my own workout, I struggled to keep myself accountable, I was working out for 2 hours and as I got busier it just wasn’t substantial, so I stopped going all together. My sister started Farrells and I watched her transform to before baby weight quickly after having 2 babies 6 year apart. I thought I’d never like having a class time or being is class setting, turns out; I LOVE IT! The accountability, I don’t have to make my workouts, and it’s done in 30-45 min, and the Farrells community is amazing, so welcoming and willing to teach with no judgement! I have seen amazing progress in myself physically and mentally. 30009% recommend. You have to start somewhere. So start with us! You won’t regret it!
