Fawcett Family Aquatic Center, Nevada IA

I love this pool! My kids always have a great time and the staff is wonderful! It's definitely a great way to spend those hot summer days! Got a family pass for the summer and it was well worth it!

Living in Nevada i remember the old school pool and how much I went there when I was a kid. When it was torn down and a parking lot was put in its place I was sad to see a place where I spent so much time just gone.

However, it is nice that we have an aquatic center in our town that offers such a range of activities and allows for every walk of life to be able to use it.

Its unfortunate that we have such a nice aquatic center and that it is opened so late in the spring, and that loses at an early time. The old pool would open at noon and close at 8pmand often times would host after hours swim parties for people to attend.

Great pool for families. Less crowded than other pools. Good amenities. Small town gem.

BRING CASH FOR ADMISSION (learn from my mistake lol). I love bringing my kids here over the Ames pool. There's usually at least one chair for us any time of the day.:) Even when crowded we have enough room to swim and play! I love this facility and will continue to bring them here every summer

This is an ideal swimming pool for younger kids as it has a huge area of shallow water, including a zero entry beach area (whatever those are actually called).

I'm pretty it was closed. So Disappointed. I really need a cooll Dip
