Not sure why sender uses fedex as they never deliver on time and on correct address
And picture they take to prove it’s delivered it’s always blurry and out of focus
Its Menagment doesn’t know how to run office in grimes Iowa and how to train drivers,
Kids driving Amazon truck are better drivers 100times

Delivery problems are nonstop. Today, I had two packages that were supposed to be delivered. One made it, but the other was mysteriously "out for delivery" Come 5: 00, claimed they made a delivery attempt. Nope, what most likely happened was the found it still on the truck and decided to lie about attempting delivery.

They failed to deliver my parcel two days straight and then I had to drive a 130 mile round trip, to their warehouse in another city, to pick up my purchase.
A few months earlier they delivered my parcel to the house 1/2 mile further down my road. I received it about 4 days later when my neighbors dropped it off after they returned from an out of town trip.
I've been at my address 30 years and the green house number is posted clearly on my mailbox post. Pretty sad in this day of GPS locating to be this far off.

I’m beginning to lose trust that FedEx can deliver my packages without any damage. Just got my package that was busted open. Watched a driver push a box that was my new desk out from the side of the truck and heard the large thump (l got a crack in the largest panel), driver seen drifting and speeding through my neighborhood (sped past the USPS truck delivering mail), and another delivery where the driver dropped my packages on the concrete. Does no one care about the condition of the packages anymore? Everything is so banged up when I finally get it!
Edit to add: my fiancé had a car battery delivers and as usual, was thrown to the ground when delivered (heard the thud) AND not upright as it CLEARLY stated in the box to do so.

Instead of using the sidewalk, the driver walked across the yard, got mud on his shoes and tracked the mud onto our porch.

Just drove off didn’t even attempt to deliver and said “no one was home to deliver package” when I was standing at the door.

Terrible. Two deliveries in a row now that are nowhere to be found. Where are you taking my packages?

They put my packages in the entry way of the other apt building and didn't abide by delivery instructions! If there are more than 1 apartment find that apt knock on door! Or make sure to read INSTRUCTIONS FOR DELIVERY!

Worst service EVER. Pkg arrived in grimes early updated to deliver by end of day. Nothing they tell me it’s on a pallet and they can’t unload will now be delivered 4 days later. Lazy lying no customer service whatsoever. Not the first time either been told attempted delivery lie we have cameras later told driver just didn’t attempt delivery at all! What is that it’s the job again do you think they did anything to get it delivered? Hell no

Was home waiting for our package due to needing a signature. The delivery person never rang doorbell or knocked. He just ran out of his truck with out the package and posted a note stating missed you. The only problem was we were home because of the signature. Call customer service and was given run around. From now on if something is shipped to us by FedEx we will be refusing delivery.

Worst customer service i've ever experienced. They said they tried to deliver it three times, But when I asked the sender to check into it he said it never left the facility. When they did finally deliver my package they just set it by the door of the apartment building I lived in, Setting in the rain. They're service sucks!

My package (mattress in a box) was to be delivered 12/2, instead they post there was an operational delay and scheduled it for 12/3.12/3 comes, and they change the date to 12/5. So I call the number listed at 11 something am. And the recording days they tried to deliver it after 12 pm but no one was home. First, you said you tried to deliver it when it wasn't even that particular time yet. Second, I WAS HOME. I've never had so much trouble with fed ex before. Very disappointed

I recommend to not work here because they fired my fiancé for no reason. They were gonna move him down to part time after he asked to get my sons appointments off and they are mad they he had to get my surgery off to. They decided to put the part time on his paycheck after he worked a full week for a full paycheck. Then my fiancé sent this a message talking about it and they told him to turn his uniforms in. They knew we had a kid and they decided to fire him because of my fiancé texting a long paragraph.

Didn't knock, just scanned and took it back with him to the truck. Took the day off for no reason.

They LOST my package, intended for my great nephew and his wife’s new baby. The package included many hand made gifts and family items.it was to be delivered to my niece’s home and somehow readdressed (by whom yet to be determined) and delivered to another address 45 minutes away in another town than where I sent it to. Tracking stated it was ‘handed to the customer’!
Who was the customer?
Who did they deliver to?
Where is my package?
FedEx has offered very little info…like pulling teeth!
Oh yes, they closed the case, send their meager offerings of $100, which helps ‘nada’!
How does FedEx get away with treating people like this?
I am very disappointed, disturbed and downright angry

I made numerous calls receiving different information each time.
Cannot get anyone on these call to connect me to the hub in Grimes IA. I am seething over this and FedEx has washed their hands of the whole situation.

The door says CLEARLY - deliver next door if the door is locked. They ignore all the notices and don't send any updates so we don't even know they tried to deliver. WHY CANT THEY READ?

Flat out lied about attempting to make a delivery, saying customer not available, while I was waiting for it, and no FedEx truck ever even so much as drove past my house.

Lazy drivers. Don’t deliver the packages instead mark the packages as business close or gate closed

Horrible customer service! We ordered a gift for a family member it kept showing under the tracking on the website that they attempted to deliver the package (which is a lie my wife works from home and is here 24/7 we also have cameras which we’ve had no fedex delivery trucks come up our street in almost a week). This continues to happen and we are being told that we cannot pick the item up because the grimes location is not open to the public. If in the future fedex is being used when I purchase something would just wait or spend my money elsewhere

I live in a townhouse, where are units are clearly marked. My package was delivered to a unit two rows over. Totally unacceptable, given my unit number was clearly labeled in the package.
