My partner bought a grand Cherokee Jeep at the Bellevue location, I couldn’t find it online but they were horrible, had the Jeep for two days and it started sounding funny and he called to get it checked not fixed and no one answered the phone when scheduling an appointment and when he finally got it and asked them to CHECK the vehicle not FIX and on the contract they are supposed to contact him if they had found something and ask my partner if he wanted them to fix it but not a single call or text or anything stating anything about the vehicle, it had been two days in the shop and he called the shop to see what was going on and someone said that they had already fixed it and told him what was wrong with it and was asking for money to pay for the labor that WE DIDNT APPORVE OR WERENT AWARE OF! Now we are out of a vehicle and I am suing because ON THE CONTRACT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO CONTACT THE OWNER WHO IS PURCHASING THE VEHICLE FOR APPROVAL OF LABOR DONE!

Horrible service! Transmission went out and I took it in, they told me it would be a week, I waited a month with no contact from them and finally got it back and now here we are a month later and my brakes went out completely and my transmission is still fucked! Oh did I mention they repoed it this morning, yet my payment isn't even 24 hours late!

I’m a local technician who’s scene several of there used cars come through and as you see with most used car lots there are some serious issues but today I inspected a car with BROKE CONTROL ARMS. I don’t think it’s even legal to sell a car like that

Homeboy devin over there is kind of a dbag. Worst customer service, like it’s genuinely a hassle for him to do his job. Really miss when Scotty was there.

Got a good deal from them on my second purchase there didnt have to pay the last $500.00 because i made all my payments on time they told me they would put the loan on my credit report once it was paid in full but that didnt happen other than that my overall experience was pretty good for a buy here pay here lot

Never get a car from there you will be disappointed and they are the worst people in the world that works there and very racist.

Miss one payment and they come and repo your car and then if you don't pick up your stuff within 10 days and throw it away and they're using Iowa laws to scam you out of your properties so if you want to get behind on a payment lose your car buy a car from them

Recent bought a car from this dealer (paid in cash) then a month later they stole it from me. Even though I own the vehicle, having the title and proof of owner ship. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE CROOKS! They will make a duplicate title and steal your vehicle. BUYERS BEWARE

No rating at all this is a great place to be ripped off blown head gasket no motor for windshield wipers emergency brake won't go off door handles gone all fluids dry took advantage of a elderly lady and a handy cap man sad sad people to deal with

I bought a car 2 years ago and it ran great. When I had trouble with the engine they replaced the motor and worked with me on the payments. It was hassle free. They have always treated me very well and they were always very personable. I would recommend City Motor Center to anyone who needs a car.

They got me in a car within my budget and have been great. You know you are buying used here so if you don’t look the car over yourself or by your own mechanic the fault is on you. They repoed my vehicle illegally. So i got a lawyer and sued.i won the case. I would suggest that no one does business with these crooked crooks.

I called on Saturday and made my payment, Sunday they repo my car and said their computers were down but never notified me of this. Worst place ever! Do not do business with these criminals!

Everyone there is extremely nice and they understand that things happen. Willing to work with you on everything. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.
