7 Since the moment I got in the store I sense that they don't want my business in there, so I'm out the door 5 min later.
I need to replace the old fire place we have at home, and all I got was to call someone else cause they don't even come and evaluate the possibility of getting out of their comfort zone to make a sale?
My advice. Go somewhere else.
Went into store to get information and pick a fireplace. Salesman told us price ranges and walked away never to be seen again.
I went there on a Saturday and the owner happened to be there that day. He was very helpful in educating us on the different fireplaces and taking his time to display the variety that they had to offer. We were there about an hour and after checking the competition we made our purchase at the Fireplace Center. The Mendota fireplace took a few weeks to receive and is now installed in our home. Jesse and his team were very professional and the Installation was exactly what we had in mind. I will and have already recommended them to my family.
The fireplace center service team is magnificent. I purchased a heat n glo unit from the Superstore years ago and they refused to service this fireplace. So I called the Fireplace Center in Clive and they were over the next week and got my fireplace working again and ready for winter. I highly recommend this company!
Great customer service! Bought a pit barrel cooker with some extras and got a few freebees thrown in. Would buy here again.
