Most apathetic force I have ever experienced. Customer service after they sent the wrong products was non existent. Will never use again.

I was unable to pay for a fireplace at the time they gave it to me. I was waiting for my home improvement loan to finalize and the lady named Christina called and demanded I pay immediately. I was unable and offered to return it. She then threatened to harm me in every way possible way. She was rude, disrespectful and awful. I will never go back and advise you to do the same.

Horribly rude customer service. We took in a small group of well behaved adults with special needs, as the staff had never been in the store and was curious to look around. We were not greeted once and I’ll add that the store was empty except for one other couple walking around. Instead an older man who was working was intensely staring at us the entire time. He even moved forward and was leaning over a chair to stair at us more. My coworker pointed it out and I looked at him and he harshly turned because I caught him and started staring back at him. We felt so uncomfortable that we had to leave after only looking through For five mins. People with special needs are not circus animals as he seemed to treat them. Most little kids we come across in the community show more respect than he did. The employees here need to take some courses on basic human decency. If you are disabled and in a wheel chair do not bother coming to this store because there is not an automatic door opener and they will probably just stand inside and stare at you too instead of helping you get inside.

Edit- now that I no longer work for the company I did at the time I can FINALLY write this. This company had the audacity to figure out who I worked for and contacted them because of my review. They had them make my boss confront me about this reveiw and tell me they wanted me to take it down because it makes their company look bad! (My boss thought it was super weird too by the way.)

Absolutely disgusting behavior. Trying to get me in trouble with my job which they couldn’t do because of a PERSONAL REVEIW my friends and I put together to share our experience of Something that happened While we happened to be on the job. I still can’t believe it all this time later.

I called the office to get some prices on Vermont Castings stove installation and purchase. The person on the phone was rude and pushy and I never did get a price!? I live almost an hour away from the store and she wouldn't give me a price for purchase and installation (I knew exactly what stoves I wanted) before I made the drive!? Why!?

We had a fantastic experience working with Mike and the team at Fireplace Superstore. We have found our dream patio dining set at a great price and will be back for any patio needs we have!

The man who worked there was very unhelpful, and after finally asking if we needed anything, proceeded to lean on the chairs, acted like we were putting him out, and I had to lead the conversation with questions to which most of his replies were, " Yup" and "We don't do that" and "go to the website". It was clear that they didn't want our business, so, congrats.you lost it.

Stopped in to look at gas fireplace inserts on a Saturday and from Derrick's assistance in the sales room to DJ and team installing the experience was very straight-forward and hassle-free. They have a large variety of options and selections and the fireplace looks great. They weren't pushy but rather very helpful and friendly.great recommendation from my neighbors to stop in.

Very nice store, we brought a great patio set there 20 years ago that we still use. Went back to buy a new outdoor furniture set and found a real nice one to go with the old patio. Great people!

We had 2 gas fireplace inserts installed and are absolutely thrilled with them! May never leave the house again! The warmth, ease of use and ambience is fabulous. No choking on failed wood burning attempts too! The installers were professional, friendly and thorough. Thank you FPSS!

Very pushy salesman. I don't know if it was because me and my wife were younger and he thought he could pressure us into a sale but he used almost every trick in the book. Tried to verify many of his comments about gas fireplaces online and found many of the things he said weren't true. There a lot of good fireplace brands and stores in the DSM metro area. We will not be buying our 4 fireplaces here.

Couldn't Be Happier with our experience at Fireplace Superstore! Our salesman, Mike Goode, is very knowledgeable and helpful. There was no sales pressure. The quality and workmanship of the Catalina outdoor furniture and Frankford umbrellas is superb! They kept us updated on items we ordered and were happy to warehouse our purchases until our construction project was complete. The office staff arranged for a prompt and careful delivery by a nice young man and lady.

I'm a bit dumbfounded at the comments talking about how helpful the staff is here. My salesperson, an older man, didn't seem to want to help at all. I'm dressed for gardening but in a store where they sell patio furniture and fire pits that shouldn't matter so I'm not sure why I didn't get the help I wanted when I had questions about outdoor fire pits? We're ready to buy.like now. I told him I needed to be educated about what's out there. He just stood where he was and pointed and told me how long it takes if I don't buy one that's on hand. Weird. I guess that's why everyone is buying online anymore. If you don't get the help you need locally, why support local?
