My camber and a wrong on my passenger side so the road is eating away at the inside of my tire, my steering wheel is crooked, and their is no way the frount tires are alligned properly with the back

Cody and the tech worked amazingly hard in a terrible situation with our wheel being locked and no way to get it off but brute strength and elbow grease. They kept at it to get us back on the road with a new tire even though I had reached the point of suggesting we just light it all on fire in the parking lot.
Ten stars out of five!

Came in needing a tire repair and instead of charging me, they told me it was covered under warranty. An honest business!

Have happily relied on these guys for years, but they must be suffering from staffing shortages like everyone else. Had trouble with a tire on the teenagers car and ended up purchasing 3 new tires and got an oil change. Not unhappy with the price or the service overall but communication seemed to a bit of a struggle the last few times we were in.

We stopped by because we were having car trouble on our cross country trip. On a Saturday afternoon with hardly any choice. They were kind enough to fit us in, got to our vehicle quickly, explained the issue and showed my husband how to keep an eye on it so we could still get home and get it to our mechanic. All this and they only charged for the diagnostic. We were so thankful they were willing to look at it last minute so we could get back on the road. Thank you for the great customer service!

I was traveling from out of town got a flat spare was flat they were booked and were nice enough to get in and get me going all on a holiday weekend

I scheduled for an oil change and to top of the power steering for an appointment at 5 PM. The store website says open till 7 PM so I figured that would give them plenty of time to do the work up. However, I got an email almost immediately that they cancelled my appointment. I then got a call but wasn't sure who it was from as they didn't leave a message. I found the number was for this store and asked about the appointment. They said that the store closes at 4 PM now and won't be taking the appointment. I asked why the online booking shows 7 PM and the gentleman answering the phone didn't sound like he cared and just gave me a date of 3/26 to reschedule. I told him that's WAY too far for what I need done and asked about anything else. He said that was the only date available so I cancelled. I've tried to book this appointment at this store and the store on 10th Street and both experiences have been terrible. It feels like no one wants the business or to work close to closing time (I get it but when you take appointments online you should keep them).
I'll be going to Jiffy Lube instead who could get me in today.

Went in because my tire pressure was low, they were very nice and immediately got my car in to fill the air and I couldn’t have asked for better service

I'm upgrading this review to a 2 star which I will get to later.

Oh boy where do I start. Pure disappointment. I drove from Guttenberg to run some errands and get my new truck tires before driving to Arizona on Monday. Randy offered their alignment service in addition to the tire replacement (I had no alignment issues to speak of but I thought with the new tires it was smart) and I decided that would be a good safety measure before a long road trip. I was the only customer in the store when I arrived. I left the truck and was told maybe as much as an hour and a half for the service.

I ran a few more errands nearby and came back just before the hour and a half had elapsed. I looked out in the bay and found that two mechanics were still poking around the steering components underneath the truck. Randy ensured that the truck would be ready soon. Randy also expressed that he was hoping to close early.

Finally the truck came out about another 30 minutes later. I paid and drove away. About 2 miles down the road I was noticing the truck pull to the right and that the steering wheel was off-center. I quickly called the store and talked to Randy and described the issue.

Randy told me he was closing and had sent the mechanics home (less than 10 minutes had gone by since my departure). He told me he could fix it on Monday (3 days later) but I reminded him that not only would that mean I would have to drive an hour and a half each way to do that (on misaligned tires) but I was also scheduled to drive back to AZ on Monday which was the whole point of getting fresh tires and an alignment on Friday before my trip.

Randy's best solution was that I could stop at any Firestone along the way to have it fixed.thanks Randy (not helpful).

I called corporate customer service and filed a complaint. I was told the regional manager, Scott, would reach out to help with a solution. A couple of hours later, Randy called back and apologized and offered to credit the $200 back to my credit card. I explained that the entire situation really putse in a bind and does nothing to help me prepare for the road trip. I accepted the $200 and thanked Randy for the call back (this is why I've changed to a 2 star).

It's Saturday morning now, I'm sitting at a Firestone location that's a little closer to home (55min drive). I tried to schedule a 10: 00am appointment as it was the only opening in their online scheduling. A whole new story evolved but it's not related to this location. No call from Scott. No solution on a second call to customer service.

Wish I never visited a Firestone in the first place, total regret.

I'm speechless right now my vehicle broke down Monday morning it was my altinator and battery really bad connection unable to drive my car to work had my vehicle towed to firestone auto shop the same day I just got my vehicle today wensday they explained the situation of the vehicle over the phone repairs were taken care of.i used my firestone card vehicle was brought to my place of work never experience such service ever. I greatly appreciate the communication, the service the options I was given they were very paient on the phone and in person.the owner and staff were very helpful, friendly they were very professional and courtesy, as well what ever your doing in your shop keep up the fantastic job!

If you want to get seriously ripped off, waste your time, and have to come back again a month after visiting this location to have follow-up repair done again, this is your place.
