Fantastic Garage! This place always exceeds expectations! The new manager, Megan, is quick and courteous with resolving issues and getting my vehicle in the door, and the technicians, especially JJ, (if you can, request her!) are experts in what they do and work very professionally. I have always been treated by the store like a driver who needs to be able to travel safely, not just a sale. They make sure my car is safe and sturdy every time I leave, and have never pushed to sell me something extra I didn't need to make a buck. Overall: Fast and Friendly, Firestone Pleasant Hill is the place to go!

I locked myself out of my car next door to their parking lot, phone included. I asked the business I was at if I could use a phone to call for help, but was told there was not a communal phone. So I walked next door to Firestone, asked if I could use the phone, explaining my situation, and without hesitation they offered to help me to get back into my car, for free, even though it was very close to closing. It took over 30 mins to get into my car, and I am sure it caused the workers to go past closing hours, but they were very nice about it the entire time. I truly appreciated that. I have been here previously for tires and other services, and have had good experiences, but I truly appreciated this kindness. It was one of the hottest days of the year and they did not have to help me, but they did, and did not expect, accept or ask for anything in return. True Midwest kindness, as well as above and beyond customer service.

Megan was really easy to work with and made us a good deal! My car runs much smoother now!

I have faithfully been coming to this location for years. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The only thing I would complain about is their prices, you can get the same work many other places for cheaper. But this location is convenient for me and I haven't had any issues yet!

I think it is one of the worst services in a shop, they just tell you (wait a minute), and you end up waiting 20 minutes without an answer, I had to get out of there before I wasted any more time. I would only return here if it was my last option. BAD SERVICE

I was in a tight spot; and, Pleasant Hill Firestone saved me. I needed a new tire very quickly, after a roadway hazard. They welcomed me in, with no appointment; and, installed a new tire within a few hours of my arrival. I was impressed. Store management has changed recently, customer service has become excellent and more welcoming.

Went in on a Sunday morning to get a new tire.very courteous and professional staff.will definitely use them again.

Iv been to several Firestones thru the years and they have ALWAYS went out of their way to help me and they never tried to get me to buy something I don't need.
If there's a Firestone around. THATS WHERE IM GOING!
