I only go to this location for my vehicles. They always are up front, never try ripping me off, and are always in constant communication with me.the price per labor is worth every cent! You’re paying for the best of the best to work on your vehicle, they are professionals!

This place is great the guy that works on my car is just great Roy Coll.if you need anything done ask for him.

I just had new tires put on my 05 explorer, and the next day a tire flies off while my wife was driving on the southside of des moines. She didn't get hurt thank God, but she looked at it and there were no lug nuts! So I don't know if they didn't put any on, or put one on, or they didnt tighten them. I don't know what they did but definitely not professional or reliable.

My daughter made an appointment to get her tire fixed. She was in uniform because she is in the ANG. They couldn't fix the tire because the nail was to close to the shoulder of the tire. Which I understand. What I don't understand is a almost 70.00 oil change and how rude and disrespectful they were being to her. Do not recommend at all. Learn some manners

I have a tire warranty and am told the tires need replaced but they should be ok. The problems are they have been losing air pressure for months - I call in and tell them they need replaced under warranty but get pushed back. Here is proof my tires need replaced under the warranty because they always lose air pressure and O attached the pic. Also, I just had to buy a full priced tire and should have been covered! They then told me they may need cleaned and are leaking because of that - then said they can only clean two of the tires! Well the back 2 are at correct psi, but not the front 2 tires - the most important! The flawed logic and stupidity is astounding to me. Oh, the upcharges and suggestions are incredibly crazy - i just come here for recommendations and go to a different mechanic for actual work so I'm not getting ripped off!

I ordered tires off the internet and they had no problem mounting and balancing them for me even offered me a a warranty on them for a good price

Recently came here for new tires and there was a very quick turnaround, even though it looked like they had a lot of vehicles that they were working on. Customer service was excellent and the professionals there were honest and communicated things clearly so that I was able to understand exactly what work was needed (and afterward, what was completed.) I would recommend this place to others and would likely be back in the future when I need service for my car (. Hopefully not too soon.)

Seriously went above and beyond - I left my car at a different auto shop nearby that wasn't cutting it but I didn't have a way to get to my car to take it to a different shop. They went over and got it for me and took it to the shop to fix so that I didn't have to make arrangements!

These guys are amazing! I was in a bit of a pinch and needed to see if my wheel bearings were going bad before I drove back to Wichita. They were super nice and understanding and didn’t try to run me around. Would definitely come back here!

Fantastic service! My alternator went out in the Starbucks drive-thru and two mechanics came and push me to the garage to have repairs made. Friendly, personable and professional. The folks at this location went above and beyond to take care of me. I highly recommend them.

Had total brake job front and back and 2 new tires. Over $1300 return truck twice once for tire rotation and other for no brake pedal. Was told brakeline not sealed had leak. Brakes still need bleed, emergency brake not repaired. On top of it all I'm now missing a hubcap. Sorry but can not go down this road again.

They will sale u real bad tread tire's, I only had 3, ooo miles on the one set that had purchased, so when I went back they wouldn't replace them. Real low rent.

I have always taken my vehicles to Firestone, however not all locations have been the same, the staff and they way the treat you varies location to location. I have been to some locations where they try to convince to get several things done and almost feel pressured or pushed. However this location has been the best. They have always provided excellent customer service and have always found a way to give me a discount and coupons on my services. This location has never disappointed.

This Firestone Store is the best in DSM due to their customer service and a list of repair importance. It is nice to know this store isn't all about making money. For example: I needed a coil replacement, a serpentine belt, a serpentine belt tightener, and an oil change. Then I was advised within 6 months, it was time for a tire balanced and tire rotation and within a year I will need an alignment. It is nice to get this information rather than the HUGE cost of fixing everything at the time of service. I highly recommend this Firestone Store and request to speak with Miguel.
