Pretty cool store. Great variety of things from toys, crafts, T-shirts, outside games to phone cases.
Not everything is "5 below"
Took the great grandchildren there. Buy all kinds of different things in the store. Teenager, 8 year old and a 6 year old.
So many products! Some of the slimes are not worth buying but then they are pretty cheap! Awesome art items though. I also really like the journals and books they have. The workers have always been nice as well.
Store associates are disrespectful and they don't follow the return policy even with a recipe. If I could give them a negative I would. Poor customer service to the fullest. I have never been so disrespected. Sad sad sad sad society.
Today I shopped with my grandson and as the cashier was ringing up my items she said 'What about the Liquid Death? I said What? She said 'The Liquid Death that you stuck in your purse! I said What? I threw my purse on the counter and said Check out my purse! I am not a thief! She called the manager and said I thought I saw her put a Liquid Death in her purse. I said and there is my purse that you are welcome to go through. No apology. I just paid and left.
VERY INCONVENIENCED TODAY. Took the kids in so they could buys gifts for family and well if you don't have EXACT CHANGE or a CARD your screwed. One guy in line said he had to leave everything go get change come back and do all his shopping a second time. WE R NOT IN A CHANGE SHORTAGE AND WITH AS BUSY AS THAT STOTE WAS THERE IS NO WAY THEY DID NOT HAVE CHANGE. And employees wanna get snooty about it too. GOOD LUVK THIS HOLIDAY SEASON!
