Five Guys reviews
17I made a late night run for a shake to find out they locked there doors early. Frustrating. Staff just looked at me.
Burgers were cooked perfectly and the fries were really good. The best part of this Five Guys was the staff. Super friendly. I would go back just for the staff. Made you feel glad you stopped in.
Soild burger, much better than many fast food a bit on the pricy side. B-bops is a better local value for similar burger IMO but Five Guys is still great!
This is an awesome place for that made to order burger and right off the grill taste. Definitely recommend!
I strongly believe in the principle of getting what you pay for. Therefore, my expectations were high when I decided to pay almost double the price I would normally pay at a sit-down restaurant, in the hopes of having a much better lunch experience. However, my experience fell short. The burger I had was very basic and nothing out of the ordinary. The shake was excessively sweetened, which was disappointing. The only positive aspect was the hot dog I ordered, but overall, the quality of the food did not justify the $54 expense to feed three people. In comparison, I could have gone to a sit-down restaurant and enjoyed a buffet-style meal for about $30. In my opinion, it was not worth it. The franchise is overrated, and in the future, I will opt for traditional burger joints that offer reasonably priced burgers without compromising on taste. Going up to the register, we had to say hello to the guy taking our order because he wouldn't say anything (awkward). Then he kept saying things, and we couldn't hear him, I had to politely tell him that the music was too high, and his voice was too low to get him to speak louder.
Extremely overpriced for mediocre food. $40 for 2 little meals. Don’t ask for ketchup on your burger unless you want it completely doused on both sides.
All about the food in here. Focus on the burgers.nothing else. Haha. Each time I go, the staff makes it obvious they'd rather be somewhere else. We don't dine in here because the tables are usually taken, dirty, or both.
It was ok. I feel that a cheeseburger shouldn't cost 11 dollars. Also no meal combos.: (
Delicious! And the best part as someone who does low carb they have lettuce wraps and because they use foil as a wrapper it's so easy to use to hold the lettuce wrapped burger like a real burger!
Over rated, expensive burgers. $30. For a burger, fries, drink and shake. Wish I'd gone to Wendy's!
Excellent burgers and fries. Hit the spot for my entire family yesterday. Staff was friendly and gave my very picky eater extra pickles! Slightly more expensive than other joints but worth the extra money.
First time here. Love the burger bowl such a great item for someone who likes bunless burgers. Staff were friendly and helpful and food was very flavorful. Place was clean and had everything stocked as far as condiments went.
1st time trying Five guys. I'm a bit disappointed I was hoping for a better experience! I couldn't eat the fries they were as salte as the ocean water, the burgers were no better than Burger King in my opinion they are pricey but everywhere is expensive so I guess it's just weather you like the food that would make a difference on the price. If I ever come back and if are visiting this establishment ask for no salt other way you'll be wasting money and friesfries.
Check the prices if you can before you stop in. I was here a year ago and it seems like everything is about 40% higher now. Very friendly and helpful staff though. But $35 for two burger meals seems pretty steep
5 guys makes a great burger, don’t get me wrong. I arrived at 8: 40 pm on a weekday when they close at 10 pm. Only one person waiting for their food. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions and a small Cajun fry. Wait the normal time for them to cook the food approximately 10 minutes or so. Only to be handled a bag of cold fries and a fresh burger. For the price, I would expect and like hot fries as well.
I have been to a couple dozen Five Guys locations across the country. This location/staff was the BEST I have encountered.
