Five Guys, Coralville IA

Usually great. I ordered online tonight, paid for a little bacon cheeseburger. Got home. NO bacon. They also forgot the BBQ sauce I wanted. And it wasn't very warm. And what really bothers me about this place, which I've noticed before, is the cook has shaggy gross hair, a beard, neck hairs, and does not wear a hair net or beard cover.

Having never been to five guys, the food was phenomenal, the staff was friendly and explained things patiently, and would definitely go again. Also a nice, clean location.

Food here is always great, especially the fresh fries. The staff there the day we went were great. Only thing I wish is that the tables and chairs were more comfy.

This place is decorated with quotations from approving reviews, but it's hard to see why anyone would be enthusiastic. This was my first experience with Five Guys, and short of some food emergency, it will also be my last. My cheeseburger was perfectly ordinary, not bad, but nothing exceptional. The entire menu was unusually expensive for a fast food restaurant. My cheeseburger cost $13 without any fries and without any drink. Adding a side and a drink would easily have pushed the cost past $20. All of my dining companions commented on the sticker shock. So, in short, I can't recommend this place. It has the ambiance of a generic fast food restaurant at a price that would justify a lot more.

So ridiculously overpriced for being such basic burgers and fries. You can get much better for much cheaper in actual restaurants around here.

5 Guys = 5 Stars. Not cheap but so worth the money. Get extra cheese and extra bacon for no additional charge.

My son and I have celiac, so eating out is a luxury! When we ordered the lettuce wrapped burger, they asked if it was preference or allergy. Told them about having celiac, it went on our order and IMMEDIATELY gloves were changed and they made sure all was separate and safe! Awesome staff and AMAZING food! We'll be back!

My family has now tried this place 5 times. Only on the first visit when we dined in was the order done right. When we did carry out most of the orders were wrong. We decided to try dine in again and still 2 of the orders were wrong. We really like the burgers but they're too expensive for orders not to be made right.

Five Guys is always good and almost all five guys have extremely nice people working never a bad five guys

It makes me feel like I ate to much everytime I eat here.their burgers are great and feel like you ate a brick when your done. I always get a shake with mine but, the burger and fries is more then enough. Enjoy!

Burger was a bit soggy when I got the same thing I usually do so not sure why. But still good compared to a lot of fast food burgers and the fresh fries definitely hit. Also.feels like five guys has gotten kind of expensive?

Literally every physical aspect of this was amazing, the food and shake was amazing. However, the price was outrageous, there is no universe where you should be paying 25$ for a burger fries and a shake. The fries alone were 6$, granted they give you a boat load but I didn't even really want that many, I'd rather spend 3$ and get half the amount I was given.
