Lisa provided great guidance and expertise in flooring and tile selection for our new home build - luxury vinyl and tile flooring and carpet, back splashes, and shower tile. Everything is as we envisioned. The installation was done professionally and beautifully.

We used Flooring America to replace our hardwood floors/tile that were damaged during a water leak. The process was very smooth from picking our replacements thru installation. Lisa was a tremendous help to us with finding what we wanted, coordinating the estimating and installation. We could not be happier with the outcome!

We first wandered into Flooring America due to an advertised sale and were very well taken care of. The next day, I ran into Danny Miller at Costco who (surprise) represented the Costco program through Flooring America. Danny was awesome, coming to our home to pick from carpet samples. He was quite helpful, professional and above all, knowledgeable about the product. He made the selection process and ordering easy and comfortable.

The installers (Edgar and partner) were also top notch. Fast and efficient, they did an excellent job with a great end result. Very careful when removing and replacing furniture, asking several times how we wanted the furniture placed. Courteous and professional at all times, they even thoroughly cleaned up when done. Outstanding service!

Lisa has helped me with multiple projects and kills it every time. She has an eye for design, knows her products and keeps me updated throughout the process. We chose Flooring America because we knew some of the people working there and it appeared that it offered a quality product. We worked primarily with Jesi. She was great to work with, very thorough, yet not overbearing as some sales people can be when they are attempting to steer you in a particular direction. We really appreciated her assistance with decorating suggestions. She was also very patient as we worked through our decision-making process. We ultimately chose to replace the carpet in a lower level family room with LVP, along with new carpet for the stairs and spare bedroom. Nick did a great job installing the LVP, as did Edgar installing the carpet on the stairs and in the bedroom. We received great pricing and great service from everyone at Flooring America. We would recommend them highly to friends.

Have bought flooring here for almost every room in our home. Great customer service! They worwith us in every situation to make it a positive experience. Owners are awesome, as well as Jesi, the sales rep who helped us.

About a year ago, Chris from Flooring America came out and repaired some of our wood flooring that had been damaged when the previous owners had moved out. He was so personable and did an excellent job, so when the time came that we needed to replace our carpet we knew we wanted to check with Flooring America first. We were planning on getting quotes from other places as well, but when we started working with Jesi she was just so wonderful to work with that we decided to give them our business. She was great at communicating and listening to our needs. When we came in to look at carpet we brought our 6 year old and 4 year old with us. Jesi was so patient and understanding with us during that time and even interacted with our girls to make them feel welcome. We can’t say enough how great of a job Jesi did! She provided exceptional service! Trevor and Cody replaced our carpet for us and they also did a wonderful job. They even vacuumed after the carpet was installed, which we weren’t expecting! They were both great to work with and also very personable. We couldn’t be more happy with our all around experience with Flooring America and highly recommend them to anyone needing flooring!

I worked with Mike Lee on picking out flooring for our basement and he was great. He has helped my parents in the past.
