Flooring America - Ankeny

We finally got around to getting blinds for our sun room. Thanks to Flooring America, Shane Sonberg and Bonnie Bilyeu for helping make it happen!

Great service! Bonnie has helped me with my windows treatments for two different houses over the last 10 years. Recently, one of my blinds did not raise properly and Bonnie quickly ordered the parts needed for the fix. Mark did a great job with the repair and my blind is now back on the window and operating correctly.

Bonnie did an excellent job helping us select the perfect blinds for our bedroom. She was always accessible and answered all our questions. Mark also did a great job hanging our blinds. He was efficient and courteous! We will definately continue to use them!

Great business to work with. Jake was very knowledgeable and helped us find the right flooring. I felt like we got great quality flooring for a really quality price.

I recently had carpet installed in my home and I love it. Dana Dahl did an excellent job assisting me with making the right choice and for following up with installation. Edgar and Alberto did a great job installing my carpet. They were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Flooring America.

After visiting a "flooring" store in Des Moines that didn't even carry carpet, I stopped in the Flooring America store in Ankeny where I was quickly greeted by Dana Dahl who asked me a few questions and then guided me to the area where I could browse the selection I was most interested in, saving me valuable time. I ended up finding exactly what I wanted and in no time at all I had my estimate in hand and an appointment for a measurement. The whole process went quickly and smoothly, which seldom happens! They were able to meet my time constraints and the installation was completed in less than 90 minutes thanks to Sean L arriving promptly and getting straight to work. We could not be happier with our new carpet and would not hesitate to refer Flooring America to family, friends and neighbors. We'll be returning to purchase laminate flooring for our kitchen/dining area in the near future.

Ryan was able to help us out. His ongoing attention to getting our product in stock and installed helped lower my wife's anxiety!

I absolutely love my new blinds. The look so crisp and clean. The color is just perfect with wall color. Bonnie was wonderful to work with and Mark did a fantastic job installing and taking old blinds. I would recommend them to anyone.

We worked with Nolan to select some carpet for our house. He was knowledgeable and friendly and did everything he could to get the carpet installed as soon as possible.

Our experience with Flooring America was outstanding, mainly because of interior designer, Sara M. We started looking at Flooring America in Ankeny because it is closer to our home than other flooring stores. We looked at one other place, but returned to Flooring America because Sara M.is so helpful and enthusiastic. She listened to our needs, offered suggestions and even came to our house to consult. We ended up choosing a luxury vinyl plank for our kitchen and hallway and carpet for 3 of the bedrooms. Zac M did an excellent job installing our luxury vinyl plank, quickly and meticulously.

Bonnie Bilyeu at Flooring America in Ankeny did a wonderful job helping us find the right window treatments for our new 3 season porch! She was patient as we looked at many options and listened to what we wanted, directing us to what we love! Mark did a great job with the installation— we couldn’t be happier and would go back to them with future projects!

Dana Dahl helped me find the perfect rug size and type. She is great to work with and easy to talk to. I would definitely go to her again (I might be needing more area rugs as a matter of fact) ? ! Thank you Dana

Highly recommend Sara M at Flooring America! We had been in the market for flooring for our farmhouse remodel for a while but weren't finding anything we loved. We had already checked all the big box stores. I decided to stop at Flooring America on a whim and I am SO glad I did! From the moment we walked in, Sara was amazing. She was so attentive to what we were after, had lots of suggestions and knowledge and was super fun to work with! We ended up going with LVP since it stands up to our family of 7, plus dogs.
