She kept in contact with us and our contractor so that as soon as we were ready she got the flooring crew there to install. Had a great experience with Scott and JJ installing carpet and LVP throughout the whole house. We were working on areas also and they were great even though we got in their way on occasion. It has been down about a month and still looks great! Thanks Terry for getting us set up.

The flooring installers, Cade and his helper, were phenomenal! Extremely hardworking, talented, and kind guys! They were able install flooring on my entire first floor in one day, and it turned out perfect! I cannot recommend Floors Direct enough. They have very competitive prices as well. I will not hesitate to use Floors Direct again once I'm ready to continue my new LVP floors on my staircase and in my downstairs area)

Really appreciate all the help that Mandy provided as I was trying to locate the flooring that I had picked out at another store. The other store had told me it was now unavailable and Mandy located the LVP that I had wanted and ordered it. She kept me updated on everything and also got the scheduling done for the installation very quickly with Jeff B. Really appreciate the great service that they provided. Picked out a really pretty gray berber carpet for my office and master bedroom with the help of sales associate Terry Smith. Had Scott & his son JJ do the install. They did a really nice job. Very professional. Everything looks great!

Our experience with Floors Direct went seamlessly. From placing our order with Terry S.and her customer service, communications through emails and phone calls and even had someone else cover for her with a call when she was gone. Jesus did our ceramic tile in our 2 bathrooms and boy did he have to work hard to remove the subfloor. He asked questions along the way to confirm and make sure he was doing his work the way we wanted. We then had a small job that we needed him back for later in the week and he was able to do that for us also. For the carpet, Keith did a great job communicating with my husband and getting it all done in a timely manner. We love the way everything looks and clean-up was done well also. This is our 2nd time using Floors Direct and we will use them again if needed in the future.

Good buying experience. Installation was quick but lacked quality. Customer service after installation has been non-existent.

We've had issues with transition strips throughout the house. One came off within months as it was not nailed correctly.

They didn't have the transition strips for a room and a closet and told us to call within a week or two after installation. We followed up many times for about a year afterwards and were told apologetically that someone from their crew will reach out. Each and every time no one has ever gotten back to us. Nearly 2 years after install we have given up that this will ever get completed.
