For my annual eye exam, I am again very pleased with the staff at Target Optical center! The optometrist is always very pleasant and thorough with me, she always keeps me informed with what is going on the whole time! They alwaye have a great selection of frames to choose from, and the staff is so helpful in assisting me with picking out a great pair of frames! As alwats, GREAT customer service!

Dr Nixon was so nice and listened to my issues to help resolve them. Raye was an absolute delight! So friendly and helpful. I love the technology they use, I feel my prescription is more accurate.

The doctor was great, friendly and informative. Lisa was also extremely friendly & helpful in getting my frames picked out and paid for. I was in and out quickly, a pleasant experience as usual!

Dr. Nixon was very thorough and kind. Dr. Nixon explained every test and what was going to happen. Explanations were thorough, professional, and kind. The office staff were very nice and welcoming. For someone who dreads the eye doctor, this place eased a lot of anxiety and everyone was very nice and professional and kind.

I had my eye appointment yesterday at 4: 30p. I was a little annoyed at first due to standing there and not being acknowledged by both employees (that yes were both actively doing something for the entire time I was standing there) for 8 minutes. But they were busy and I understood. Patience and grace are things that everyone needs to think more about and I’m working on it too.

The great service from both employees made up for that initial bad first impression though and the eye doctor was kind and informative.

One turn off was the equipment just felt kind of greasy and my face felt greasy afterwards as well. Which is probably on me since it was the end of the day and likely my face was oily/greasy. Overall a good experience though and I’m sure I’ll use again since it is convenient and my insurance is accepted.

I always have a professional and thorough exam with Dr. Nixon and the Target Optical staff. Dr. Nixon is wonderful, personable and takes time to explain and answer all my questions. The staff has always showed nothing but excellent customer service and also is thorough in answering and explaining all of my questions. For this reason, I will only use Target Optical.

When I came in for my appointment the employees were very friendly and helped me pick out some glasses to try on while I waited for my exam. The doctor was incredibly kind and patient with me the entire time. I felt very comfortable for the entirety of my visit.

Very thorough examination and discussion about any findings with good recommendations. I have every confidence in Dr. Nixon and the comprehensive excellent care I get every year from her.

Awesome doctor and staff. They do run behind but that is because they give us as patients their time. And that is worth waiting for. Love this place!
