I accidentally broke my navigation screen. My husband called and got an appointment. We dropped off the vehicle first thing in the morning and got a call just a few hours later letting us know we could pick it up anytime. It was convenient and they did a great job.

Went here because my Equinox radio went out. Had answer very quickly and service was fast. Will recommend to others

Took my car in to get my radio repaired. Extremely knowledgeable employees, and very helpful. I am 120% pleased with my experience.

Tom and the staff helped me select a great set up for my 2021 Jeep Wrangler. This was a very tough replacement of the stock equipment. They quoted me a duration to swap out, and they were spot on what they projected. The sound was truly amazing and worth every Penny! I will recommend Ford and Garland for any of your vehicle audio needs!

They changed my car speaker for $70 while the local bmw dealer charged me over $400. Excellent and quick service. The staff were very informative and nice.

#1 IS OfF CENTER.
#2 MOUNTED IN WRONG SPOT.
#3STOPPED WORKing
#4 IS UPSIDE DOWN and off center.
Now they refuse to make it right. My had the same problems with his toyota as well.

Took my car here to replace the wires and speakers because of background noise, after they worked on my car the brand new speakers started going out for no reason and they couldn’t fix it. Went there 3 more times to see if they could fixed it. 1,100$ and my car is worse than when I first brought it to them.

They do great work in a timely manner, also very friendly people. Had a flip down dvd player installed and it looks like it came from the factory that way.

Left wires hanging out of my doors that were running to my speakers bare and exposed! Not happy with how the process ended i went in purchase purchased subwoofers and a in-dash wire change before my appointment the next day. Went to appointment as scheduled and the installer comes up to me after being there for 45 mins he asked me what he's going to be doing to my car after my car's already been in the garage for that 45 minutes. Keep in mind when I brought my vehicle and I was quoted that it take an hour to an hour and 15 minutes max. In another 25-30 minutes goes by he came to tell me that the ground wire needs rewired there they have to replace that and I agreed to that. He at that point said it wasn't turning on but he get it to turn on wasn't a problem. Then another hour goes by and it's finally done so I go up to sign the regular final paperwork and then I have to pay another additional $130 cuz they said they had to change the power wire but then before it was the ground wire and it just didn't make any sense to me so I thought I wanted the installer to show me what he did. At this point he was already gone for the building and couldn't show me what was done to my car but some other guy did said show me that it was the power wire not the ground wire like he agreed to was changed because it there was a short now in the corner panel but never had a problem with this issue in the past it already had been ran for over a year and it was not an issue. I went ahead and paid it anyways cuz I was just so fed up for being there at that point. I was told that I have the warranty on the wiring and the system from them I hope this is the truth because everything else has been a lie bold-faced lie.

Should’ve came here in the first place because I KNEW better than to go to car sound, but I was in a hurry. Ford and Garland has fixed the mess that car sound has done to my speaker set up. They were very understanding and didn’t judge me. The staff here is AMAZING! If you want your system done CORRECTLY, come to Ford and Garland… it’s worth every penny and wait!
