The move to Forge 65 was so simple and easy. Autumn has been a pleasure to work with. She has answered every question with confidence and grace. I am so pleased I made the move when and where I did!

We moved into Forge65 at the end of September, and we couldn't be more pleased. The staff has been incredibly responsive and helpful right from the beginning of our searching to moving in, and they are so quick to respond when we have questions or concerns. They treat the tenants so well and are always going above and beyond. The quality of the apartments is also very nice. Our apartment is brand new and clean, and we are so happy with it! We would recommend Forge65 to anyone looking to relocate to this area or try a new living arrangement!

Living here has been great so far. The office staff has been great at answering questions. No issues so far!

If you are looking for a new place to call home, I would advise you to stop looking immediately and step into the beauty that is Forge65. Brand new area in Pleasant Hill and it is beyond beautiful. Everything from the clubhouse, pool, gym, package locker, to the units you should call your future home. Each unit is brand new, spacious, beautiful, and most even come with massive walk in closets. I’ve been able to call this place home for almost 2 months now and I absolutely adore it. They even accept your furry family! The staff that runs Forge65 is exceptional and you will be very glad that you chose this place!

I’ve looked at many apartments/townhomes in the area and Forge65 by far has the best, most friendly staff. That in itself sold me. The apartments and townhomes have the feeling of living luxury for a great price along with having patios/balcony’s that you can actually fit furniture on, a dog park, amazing pool, good sized gym, and a package room. Not to mention, these are the only townhomes in the area that come with amenities. (At least in my search for a new home)

The facility was absolutely stunning and it is quiet.everyone was so nice there and i enjoyed the weekend there with some friends!

Forge65 was the easiest yes we said to for a home to our family. We instantly loved the customer service with Autumn, she made things so easy and stress-free. We absolutely love calling this home!

I really enjoy the pool. Club house is beautiful. Office staff are awesome. Maintenance responds quickly. I like the Weight room is open 24 hours a day. I would recommend Forge65.

Very nice apartments, leasing office staff is very pleasant and helpful, as well as knowledgeable. Only regret is I can't get a 3 year lease.
