Was in there a view days ago & had the pleasure of dealing with Travis & his crew in the Quick Lane area. I had to see if they could find a small leak on my work truck & they did. It was almost unable to be patched due to where the small puncture was but the employee who looked at it said he could do it, so with in a matter of 30 or so minutes I was back on the road. As they were doing that I had great conversations with Travis about local restaurants I could try since I'm in the area traveling for work. Travis was a great person to talk to & he made sure I didn't need anything else with my truck before getting back on the road. This day & time it's hard to find people that nice at a dealership, but this location has a Travis & he's doing correctly. Thanks again for the great service & experience.

Worst group of mechanics I have ever dealt with. They did more damage to my car then fixing it. I'll never got back.

Called twice, once before I drove a hour to see a vehicle and when I arrived the vehicle had been loaned out but the sales rep hadn’t bothered to check to see if the vehicle was on their lot. No apology just that it might be back a day or two.

From the first request to the final drive off from the lot. Everyone was responsive and went over the top during this purchase. Andrew was excellent in communicating through out the process and made sure everything was upfront and explained to us from the very beginning. Driving 3.5hrs to pick up the car we were greeted and felt right at home. Financing was a breeze and all options explained thoroughly. The entire process was well worth the drive one I would do again in a heartbeat.

The rich get richer and the poor get screwed. You gave me next to nothing for my 2006 Escape Hybrid because I was told it had a cracked frame and it wasn't safe to be sold. Funny how I look online & now it's for sale and you're asking plenty for it.
