Pool area closed which was disappointing. Food was extremely expensive. Two appetizers and one dessert over $40 a little expensive for a family. Beds too hard for us. There was a nice walk in shower which we liked. For the price a few more amenities would be appreciated.

Not much to do around the area. And the website stated that the new play areas would be open by spring 2022. When we arrived the indoor water park, ballocity and ninja course were closed with no replacement areas. It was very disappointing to have less to do in this area which already does not have anything else to do. Also in the past the waterpark was included. Now you have to pay 5 dollars a person per day. Vacation was boring so we tried to play cards and have fun gathering as a family. Come to find out they do not have even have a good place to hang out and play cards. The staff was not very accommodating in this. They didn't care at all. Also we wanted to eat together but the staff stated it would be against state laws. Staff was breaking what I'm sure would have been against health laws as well. Then later in the day I called to see if we can have late check out so we can eat together in our room the staff said no late check outs would be available due to low staff. I asked where we could eat our lunch. The girl stated we can eat in the snack bar area that we were already told we could not be in. Again not fun for vacation. The room was ok except the door to the bathroom was sliding rather than a regular closing door. There was gaps in both sides. Very bizarre. You can hear everything. And we have a mixed family. Not really ideal for an open bathroom and glass shower door. My daughters were very uncomfortable. The air conditioner seems to be from 1970 and runs extremely loud. If you are a light sleeper it will keep you up all night. Also it made random wet spots on the floor next to the bed. Not something you want to step in when you are waking up. We tried to get clean towels the second day after staying there with no cleaning service and the staff told us there are no clean towels. Tried to get them several times but none were available until the next day. Staff in the restaurant seemed to be more training. But in the end the pizza tasted amazing. The arcade was really fun but there were a lot of games that didn't work. You can purchase cards with a discount but they can't be put on seperate cards. So when you have a family of four you have to stay together. It makes no sense. Seems like some training and maintenance is needed here. Needs to accommodate and cater more to families. Come up with some better ideas to provide a higher level of customer service to families wanting to come for a fun vacation.

Games were hit or miss whether they were working. Was told the inside water park was partially closed. It was fully closed. A resort without any pool. Also hotel clerks were very rude and would not put their phone down when being spoken to.

Service was great! Wish I would have gotten the young ladies name who helped us. Rooms were very clean and my kids got to go play the arcades and my husband went to the restaurant and drank! Think overall everyone was pleased.

Might be a better value if you come w/kids, and they don't charge, but rooms are average and clean, but nothing special to warrant a $200/night price.
Check-in was very impersonal and borderline rude. Location was rated higher due to playing and drinking at the casino, and we could walk back to our room indoor.

VERY Reasonable prices. A portion of rides closed maybe due to staffing? When all is up and running this is the BEST Value for a water park! Friendly Staff.

The hotel is not bad but there is questionable people in this area my windshield got smashed in their parking lot and I'm out $300

Rooms very outdated, not clean, and smell terrible. First room smelled of mold/something rotten. Were given a second room, but it also has moldy smell and carpet just feels damp. Urine stains on the back side of toilet between toilet and shower. We have two small kids who were just ready to be done traveling and moving. Check in was not until 4, even called for early check in option. Water park closed entirely one day due to outdoor weather-indoor not an option that day either, so we did the arcade. Several games did not work, and you pay $1 for most games but get 20 seconds of play and hardly any ticket kickback. Were expecting to spend all our time doing things inside this facility, but it’s all completely lacking. Not much to do in the area-so feel like this trip was a big bust.

I am editing my review completely. Our overall stay within the hotel room was not satisfactory but the hotel manager reached out to tell me the room we stayed in should not be available to guests and has since closed it for renovations. The manager has been very thorough with helping us.
We had a fun time in the arcade & water park. We had an issue with an injury in the go karts from other guests hitting our car into the guard rail even though all safety precautions were taken by the boy who was running the go kart track. My daughter still mostly had fun and has since asked to return.

We will consider going back as long as our room is satisfactory.

The room is good and clean, I give 2 star coz it is pricey and no free breakfast, the aircon in the room is loud too and the room key of our 2 room we get only 1 key function my husband went back n fort in the front dest to ask help he walk 4times back n fort he is in pain already. That's not a lucky day but its okay we got fun on the nextday at the waterpark

Beautiful room with spacious modern bathroom/shower. Amenities such as small refridgerator, plentiful towels!
Walk out to the pool, jacuzzi from the room. Exercise room and spa possibilities for a little extra pampering.

Kind of boring really. Closing the indoor pool due to weather makes total sense. Arcade nickel and dimes you with $1 charges for 20 seconds worth of entertainment, plus several games with some kind of button or lever broken so you can’t play it correctly, thus they have to hand out less tickets as a reward. That $5 picture booth is a cool concept but an absolute joke if you have kids because it doesn’t show you where you’re at and give you time to adjust, it just takes the picture. The stuffed animal claw game charges $3 but gets caught on its own cable so you can’t move it. Go-karts were fun though.

No continental breakfast, granted that one’s probably a Covid related decision but the room price should be lower to reflect this, plus they are skanky rooms. No check-ins until 4pm?

If you’re coming here for the water park you’re better off staying at a nearby hotel that has an indoor pool incase weather is bad. You still can come here and pay entry to water park. There is no incentive to stay here vs others, everything extra little thing cost money heresy, there’s nothing included/bundled with rooms and room prices are high for what you get.

I do not recommend and we will not be back in its current state/costs.

Our overall stay was okay for the most part. We went on a weekend so it was very busy. However when we checked in the room there was blood on the toilet seat that was not cleaned off. We also went to the buffet in front of the casino and the food was HORRIBLE. The food was very dried out and you could tell it had just been sitting there, we got a refund. The food at the actual restaurant was alot better and very good, it was a Saturday night so they had the live band playing. In the end Ill have to consider if I want to return. They need to do some MAJOR updates to the rooms and the hotel itself
