3Trailer #19160 cab #92282 (usdot134874) Sunday Aug 13th traveling on Kansas city Mo/south bound 435 just south of I-70 at approx 6 p.m. This driver ran me and several other drivers nearly off the road. I'm still shaking from his recklessness. I pulled up beside his cab and signaled for him to slow down but he flipped me the bird and motioned for me to pull over. Really! My thought go's "does this guy have a gun"? This guy should be at the very least be drug tested.he will for sure kill himself or worse some traveler in his path. I do have a recording of this guy flipping me off and motioning me to pull over. Hopefully my warning will attract someone to this matter. Sincerely, terry and jeanne
