I normally don’t do reviews but I have to with this one. Gadget Guy is just that, and he is awesome. He not only fixed my ps5 HDMI broken port for almost half of what “competitors” are charging but he also fixed my LED lights without me asking him to. He texted me saying Merry Christmas I also feel like he cleaned my ps5 for some reason. It looks so shiny and feels so smooth I almost didn’t recognize it. To make it even more epic, Jonathan literally did it all in a day. Like seriously…a day! The “competitors” said it would take them a week to fix mines. He took a day. I put quotations mark over competitors because in reality Jonathan is in a league of his own. Thanks Jon and please stay you, you’re awesome!

He was amazing and very helpful, he even answered his phone after hours to help. He also replaced my screen in 20 minutes so he was very quick as well!

If zero stars were available I’d gladly choose that option. I had him replace my screen which was a solid mistake. My phone even with a cracked screen while charging has Never had charging issues. He “fixes” the phone for $153 and ever since then, when I plug my phone in it shuts off and turns on randomly. I call him nicely, and professionally, NOT coming off rude, just simply explained the situation and before I can finish telling him what happened, he cuts me off and goes “nope it’s the battery. It’ll be 75 dollars for a new one. ” And I repeat myself and explain it hasn’t happened since he touched the phone and then he sits there and calls me a liar over and over like a little child. Then wanted to be all tough guy like and got extra douchie. 10/10 do not recommend or ever trust his work again, nor will I steer people his way. I don’t know if he used to get bullied in schol or something but no reason to get all defensive and start getting loud. Just a friendly word of advise bud.

Keep putting words in my mouth. It shows your unprofessionalism. When did I bad mouth anyone? I literally said I have nothing against him. I simply said “THE SCREEN HE USED DIDNT WORK WELL WITH MY FINGERS, nothing against his install” I specifically said that.btw this screen is the same way, slow and my touch barely works. Thought it was the screen protector so I took that off, but it’s the same. Grow up and hold yourself accountable/responsible to your work. Also, you never modified your schedule, I was at your store around 10: 05am Wednesday, You open at 10am, but guess what? You were late to open your own store, didn’t get there til about 11: 10. (Even told me it wasn’t a big deal, you aren’t busy. It only takes 15 mins) I watched 5 people walk in, and walk back out shaking their head. Because you weren’t open when the sign says you’ll be open. And it wasn’t 3 days smart one. It was Wednesday, and I’m a respectful enough of a person to not bug you on thanksgiving day, so I called you the very next business morning. Which is 2 days.can’t add up your days right. I’m not surprised you messed my phone up.
Another thing, I don’t own a business. Jeeeeez you know me so well, don’t ya?

Asked nothing and very willing to help; will return when I have another issue with any of my devices!

Gadget Guy offers great service, very quick and reasonably priced! I went to change my battery for my MacBook now it’s perfect like new! Jonathan is really helpful. Highly recommended place!

Honestly one of the best experiences I've had with electronics repair. My son had a phone screen needing replaced. Not only did he have the screen in stock, but performed the fix in under an hour and nearly half the price of one of his competitors. I will definitely recommend the GadgetGuy to anyone who is looking for a quality, efficient, and value cost repair.

Honestly the best in town for your buck! He went above and beyond compared to other places I’ve been in town. I went in to replace my iPhone battery and he offered $10 off if I wanted any other services so opted to get my screen fixed (had a minimal crack in glass). I noticed he added a complimentary screen protector and also fixed one of my volume buttons on the side that had been stuck for a while. He was available for a drop in visit and got everything fixed within an hour. GadgetGuy’s service makes the other places look like rip offs. I won’t go anywhere else. Thanks GadgetGuy!

Girlfriends laptop screen was broken, he had never worked model before but promised to get it done. First screen that was sent to him was faulty and he was very prompt to find and install a brand new screen. Very transparent about the process and pricing throughout the entire time and was great at communicating with us right up until the laptop was fully fixed which he did a flawless job with.

What an amazing guy. I got my MacBook screen replaced and the first screen he got sent had a few flaws. I messaged him about the issue and he let me bring my computer in right away. He sorted everything out for me, contacted apple for me (even dealt with their horrible online chat agents), and replaced it for no additional charge. I could not recommend him more! He is the only one I’m trusting with my repairs from now on, and I’ll be sure to tell my friends about the amazing service. Thank you so much again.

Used him again several years after my first review. Still great service! He asked for a price half as much as another business in town and was very polite and quick with the job. Highly recommend!
