Collectibles Store GameStop reviews
20Friendly and professional staff. We stopped in for some Pokemon cards for our son who is collecting and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldnt hesitate coming back here.
For this to be a game store that's publicly traded the younger employees have absolutely no clue about anything before Xbox one or PS4 so for all questions before that do the research yourself
Service is always friendly and top notch. Store is clean and always has what I am looking for.
Seemed like a good clean store and staff was polite and helpful. Pretty much a cookie cutter style gamestop experience. If you have been to one, then you have been to most all of them.
Don't bother trying to take anything older for trade in because they won't buy it.
Lady was very kind and calm even after the stress of black Friday and running in and out of that storage room.
Went there to browse and was not disappointed! I mentioned Wild World and the lady with the Pietro pin helped us buy it right away! It's very clean in there and has a great selection of things.
Very helpful. The lady who helped me found exactly what I was looking for, answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable.
A certain staff member by the name David was extremely rude got angry at me for saying I was "Browsing" because I came in not to spend money and when I spend money he proceeds to make fun of my purchase. I would not recommend going to this location. The sole reason I don't bother with Gamestop.
Very helpful with preordering Pokemon celebrations and very informative with other video game knowledge. Had a great time
Its game stop, their prices are high, they try to force you to have a membership, and sell dollar store gamer stuff.
Had a variety of games but had a case for a game on the shelf that they didn't have in store. Was disappointed
Called on before I got there asking if they had a game that I was wanting. They did and they held it for me until I got there.
Nice cheap deals and the employee that helped me was able to give me some great tips on gaming issues.
Kathy did a great job helping me find an online preorder. She’s a customer service rockstar!
Very personable, friendly staff. I don't have much experience on trading things in, but their prices for used games are excellent.
Concerned about a particular associate. A couple of gentleman walked in and asked if they have any deals going on. And the clerk called one of the guys over. Leaned in and yelled in his ear very loudly. Used profanity. Then he walked to the back through a door. Didn't return. It made me feel uncomfortable. My kid and I left. I was going to purchase something. Not sure if I want to go back to this location.
Can't believe my brother went in and got yelled at for asking if they had any deals. He said his his name was D avid. He used profanity when he yelled in his ear. Keep this guy away from my children please. Don't need my kids hearing this kind language.
Super customer service! Very helpful with things I knew nothing about. Answered all my questions happily and patiently, even though I went in black Friday.
I sent my husband Christmas shopping. Specifically to gamestop. When he rerurned, without anything, I asked why. He told me that David had yelled in his ear. Used the F word and made my husband not want to purchase anything from there anymore. He has now left out of town to work and will not be returning till late Christmas eve. We don't have family here where we live and I don't have anyone to watch my kids while I shop for them. He might not be able to get to a gamestop because of the rural area he will be stationed at. Thanks alot Mr. "I don't want to lose my F'ing job. " Also, who hires a person that liberally uses the F' word at a place kids are frequently at. I certainly do NOT want to take my kids to this gamestop anymore.
