GameStop, West Des Moines IA

Everything in there was way too pricey for used items this store was empty of people except for one cashier so I guess I'm not the only one who thought that GameStop had gone downhill fast

It's not what used to be.at this location anyway at Jordan Creek Mall. The collectable selection was almost non existent, there wasn't much of anything, and I left empty handed. I will not be returning to that store location.

Pickup experience is a bit disjointed. Website says curbside pickup is available and when I called the store expecting an employee to bring the item to my vehicle they said they don’t offer the service and we had to go into the store.

Decent selection of new and used goods. Mediocre customer service at best. They usually have what we’re looking for at a moderately fair price.

Placed an order for a funko pop here my order never "showed up" on my account though the sure take money from my account and all the guys that answer the phone have no want to be there, it is so bad I don't think I will be going to ANY gamestop ever again

Son sold his Playstation guy helped was nice. Store was pretty busy for one staff member working on a Sunday. He was handling it well.

I love this game stop! The staff are always willing to help find a game or give suggestions when you just don't know what you are looking for. Plus, they are awesome at the small talk game. The games are decently priced and all the extras are there for you to find gifts or fun decor for the gamers in your life!

Helpful and knowledgeable staff was a decent surprise. Great selection of Funko Pops, nothing real recent though.
