Purchases a game for Christmas for my son and the receipt printed Copy was terrible so I asked them to reprint it. They said they couldn’t but would write it out on a piece of paper. He tried the code and sure enough it didn’t work. I called them and they can’t do ANYTHING to help but have me call their 800#. When I call that number it tells me to call back at another time and it hangs up the call. I will not be back and I highly encourage you not to purchase games there!

I’ve been coming to this store, ever since I started school, and I love it. The entire staff consists of awesome people, especially Patrick. Patrick is a real homie.

Was in there for 20 minutes trying to buy rainbow six siege couldn’t buy it because I didn’t have an id ridiculous in my opinion this is why game stop is dying and people buy their games online terrible service

Never Pre-Order from this store. They ran out of pre-order bonus items. Unfair to pre-order 2 months in advance, and not get anything they promised. GO TO BESTBUY!

The staff here are amazing! Knowledgeable and helpful. Professional and courteous. Patrick is phenomenal. I have four boys, all gamers, problem is I'm not. Patrick understands my non-gamer mom language and always helps me find whatever it is. If they don't have it in store he will order it or get it from another GameStop.

Changed my rating because my experiences have been so much better since the transaction that led to the 1 star. Patrick is doing a fantastic job now, and has been nothing but helpful.

Patrick is the man. Got me my PS4 cord after I'd called about 20 mins before closing. Was engaged and cool AF. Talked pros cons of star wars squadrons and how to score great track times while playing NFS hot pursuit. Give this man a raise

Game stop isn't too bad but I don't shop there much. Their "used" game prices are mostly 3 or 4 bucks cheaper than a new copy and I don't trade games because I know they're worse than pawn shops on buying used games but like I said, I don't sell my games. The couple experiences I've had over the past year or so weren't horrible but weren't great either. I gave 2 stars because I do not like their website for a few reasons. About a year ago I wanted to buy the collective minds fps dominator for my ps4 controller purely for the back button feature so I hopped on their site and ordered one for me to pick up that day. My wife ended up picking it up for me and when she got home it was for the xbox not ps4, not a huge deal so only being a couple miles from the store I went down to exchange it and of course they didn't have one for the ps4 and my order clearly showed ps4 version so the guy working called a couple other stores and found one in stock so I could go there and swap it but the problem was it was an hour away. Long story short I'm impatient so I went and exchanged it.
The second thing about their site comes back to the above issue of the site saying something is in stock when it's not. Last father's day I was in search of a copy of dayz for the ps4, and again their site said item was in stock only this time I called to confirm and of course they didn't have a copy, site also said 3 other stores near me had it so I called all 3 and none of them had it so I just ordered it from amazon cheaper than the used copy price on gs website by $10. All in all if you want to buy online and go pick it up call first to make 100% sure they actually have it

This place has terrible, management there was ONE person behind the counter who had told me would get to me right after the next guest which i was perfectly fine with, it wasn't until more customers started walking in and he was helping those those people while i had been patiently waiting for the past 20 minutes for some assistance. I do not recommend this gamestop at all a for sure 1 star out of 5

I personally would not recommend. Limited selection, minimally staffed. Store was clean, but kinda pointless.

One star for the way GameStop has you thinking your in line to get a new system then sends you to another page after waiting an hour just to miss the preorder. Lame

I wish I had gotten the cashier's name because he was excellent. He gave each customer his full attention and was able to transition from one to the next quickly and friendly. He offered good advice without trying to push anything. While prices are a bit high, this cashier's service make things like that worth it.

This store is refusing to take cash payments I haven't been impressed with gamestop for a long time and this finally lost my business forever

Good inventory, good service and the only negative is it's a tough spot to get in and out of. Otherwise cool store.
