Nothing but high school bullies running this company! Every time I have an issue or call to work on making payments, it’s a screaming match. You ask to speak to “management” & it’s gaslighting and manipulation. Would not recommend them even if it is your last option for transportation. (Coming from someone who’s sold cars for Edward’s & other companies for over 4 years) This is my second loan with them and nothing has changed nor will it ever. On my last vehicle I hit a deer & called to ask what I should do, & I was told to figure it out because I’m still responsible for payments. (Duh) It wasn’t until DAYS later someone from GEM called to let me know they actually would be able to help me with a loan to fix it & to take it to get estimates - before insurance finally claimed it as a total loss and paid off my loan. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.

A majority of the 5 star reviews on here are done by themselves they are extremely condescending, rude and could care less if you fall on hard times. I have reported this company to the BBB and I can confidently say please stay away from this company

Rudest people ever! I tried to talk to the manager and she tried to flip everything on me. This company is racist. I cannot wait until I’ve paid this car off. I’m will never suggest them to anyone ever again. The TONE IS EVERYTHING AND HOW YOU TALK TO PEOPLE! None of them have respect for other people and the manager condones them being rude. I highly recommend reporting them to BBB. The deserve 0 stars.

Rudest company ever. Belitting people til they do what they want. Unwilling to help at all. Only giving a 1 star because theres no such thing as 0 stars

They don’t try to help you at all if you fall on hard times well then it’s up to you to figure it out and if the car stops working well again up to you to figure it out and they don’t give loaners so

There customer service is unmatched by any other bank, And they happen to just have the greatest CFO I've honestly ever done business with, because of people like Allie I actually look forward to making my next Auto payment. Absolutely love this company. Misty is so amazing. She really takes the time out to actually help you not only with a solution but with anything you need! Tiffany is awesome as well! Couldn't have chose a better place to get a vehicle from!

Extremely rude and unprofessional I bought a vehicle thru Automart with gem as a lender I did fall on hard times but soon as I got the money to make my payment I did just that got onto there website and paid money was pulled out still they won’t except it on there end and now are telling me that it’s not there problem so I guess this car will sit in my garage locked up so they can figure out there web site

Great place to finance a car! Car broke down and they worked with us to get us into a new car right away! The ladies in the office are a pleasure to work with. Credit was built quick and went up 200 pts. Go here for buy here pay here

They got my car in and fixed right away! They went above and beyond all expectations. All the gals were great to work with but Allie is a real Gem!

I will never chose this company ever again. My engine went out and they did not try to help they say they don’t do loaner cars but gave my friend that I referred to them a loaner car so they pick and chose who they help. However I do have a warranty on my engine but it’s still not fixed. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND NO ONE TO THESE PEOPLE

My car was stolen after having it for two months. To make a long story short, GEM financial worked with me due to the financial set back I experienced. They even covered the cost of the repair when insurance wouldn't cover the cost of the horrible repair job I initially had done. Thank you all so much, especially Ms. Allie.
