3Drove all the way out here to grab some supplements, and at 10: 45 they still weren’t open… Despite their online schedule saying they open at ten. Ridiculous service, and with zero recognition for corporate policies.
Owner and manager here refuse to follow corporate policies. They need training
I think this company need to seriously re-evaluate how they train their employee on the customer service behavior.
If you want to return a product, they will literally make you feel like you are a thief! The guy, who I think is the manager (and I already had a previous bad experience with) was asking in a very rude way. Once I told him I want to return the product, he almost shouted "WHY! ". Then he asked me "why did you buy too much if you wanted to return it! ". I have never had such unfriendly behavior (almost rude) with any other shop for returning a product. He was also not wearing his mask properly (not covering his nose). Will never go there again.
