Good Life RV Webster City

We purchased a travel trailer from Good Life sight unseen so lots of trust on both sides. Ken Jespen worked with us and was absolutely great to work with. Ken went above and beyond to get our trailer ready prepared for delivery. Ken arranged for the parts dept.and service department to install solar on the roof and replace the mattress with a better quality mattress. Customer service working with Ken gets 10 out of 10. What a nice experience! Mike in the business office was very helpful with the paperwork and even made recommendations for a transport company we used to ship our new trailer to our residence. Sarah completed our title work and she was so pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend Good Life RV in Webster City, Iowa if you are looking for great customer service. I have bought a few trailers during my years and this was a enjoyable experience.

Worked with Nathan in sales. It took over a year for all our plans to come together, and he stuck with us all the way. Even makes contact after we purchased to make sure things were going well. Initial walkthrough was great, took care of things before we even had to ask. This is our 2nd 5th wheel and this purchase was 10 times what the big chain ever did.

Absolutely would recommend! We shopped around a ton looking for our new 5th wheel. Always felt pressured in to buying something we weren't looking for or that didn't match our style. These guys let us roam through whatever we wanted to look at and never once talked about getting our information until we were ready to start talking about buying. The salesman and service department were top notch. Everyone there talked to us straight and didn't beat around the topics that the other places didn't want to talk about. Hope to be customers for years to come!

Excellent experience from my first phone call. If you've had bad experiences at other RV dealers, put those notions aside. Our salesman Josh listened to what we wanted and took us right out to see three that fit that bill. We were trading in our two year old camper. They made a solid offer on that camper. The walk through was thorough when we came to pick it up. Paperwork was a piece of cake and the parts department went way out of their way to make help us out without nickle and diming us. Bottom line, these are good people, selling high quality campers. I couldn't recommend Good Life RV more highly.

I bought a new camper from Good Life Webster City last fall and left a glowing review. We enjoyed dealing with Ryan our salesman and they gave us a fair price for our trade in. Since then.nothing but regret. 7 weeks and counting our camper has sat in Webster City to get 2 warranty issues fixed. I’ve been lied to by the service dept at every turn. The service dept has now cost you the opportunity to ever sell me another camper. And I’ll tell every camping friend I have about the ridiculous experience I’ve had. Let me give you a customer service tip Good Life, don’t lie to your customers.

Great experience trading in my older camper and picking up a new travel trailer! Everyone on the GLRV team is extremely friendly and helpful. Completing a walkthrough with the new camper before leaving was a new experience for me. Extremely helpful and appreciated! This is my second camper purchase from a dealership and definitely did not get the same customer service with a different dealership as I did with GLRV.

Great experience. Nathan was awesome to work with. We came from out of state, and Nathan kept in touch with us the whole time until we were done with our purchase. Everything went completely smooth. The only improvement I would say is have more than one person at the checkout to buy something. I wanted to purchase a backup camera had it in my hand, just needed to pay for it. The checkout person was helping another couple. I stood and waited for 20 minutes he never even acknowledged I was waiting there to pay. I asked a couple other people if there was any other person to check me out. All I needed to do was pay for the item. I was told by a couple of people that he was the only one that could take my money. Unfortunately I just put the item back on the shelf and we will purchase it somewhere else. Everything else was awesome! I would definitely make the trip to by here again.

On a recent trip with our living quarter horse trailer, we had fluid coming from our hydraulic jack. We were desperate to find a place to check it out and saw GoodLife from the highway. As busy as they were, Alesha went above and beyond to get us back on the road with confidence that we would be able to complete our trip without problems.

For a first time RV buyer with lots of questions we were treated with respect and no pressure. Our salesman listened to us and did not try to oversell our needs or finances. We were not treated poorly because of our, sometimes, ‘stupid’ questions. The process was quick and easy.
When we returned to pick up the camper the service staff took time to show us what we needed to know for hooking up, towing and parking as well as maintenance. A few minor issues they found while doing prep were fixed without additional costs.
We have and will continue to recommend Nathan at GLRV.

Very friendly. Responded right away to my chat and called me promptly after that. They made time to get the camper I liked indoors so we could look it over. Very low pressure! When we agreed on everything and came back a couple of days later to pick it up they had a board by the door saying today’s happy campers with our names on it. Felt extremely small town with bigger dealer pricing. Will definitely go back!

We did extensive research so knew exactly which model we wanted. Started the process via chat while we were traveling, letting them know we wanted to handle as much as possible remotely. Ryan worked with us through texts until we were ready to meet in person. Everyone at the dealership were friendly and welcoming. They provided us with their best offer and did not pressure us to make a decision on the spot. Once we did decide they worked with us to schedule a convenient date to finish the paperwork and take delivery. Ryan even came in on his day off. Chris did a thorough walk through and answered all our questions, then guided us through getting it hitched up. I will recommend this dealership to our friends.
