6I once thought this place was great. I was led to believe we had a dbl.wide lot to go with our dbl.wide trailer.this was not the case also lot rent is more than a 100 extra than clear lake, and I was told my rent would be 625 once again led to believe that's with lot included. We moved in on the 15th of the mo. And everything was due again on the 1st. Full Price not pro-rated and we have no yard space. I put 3,000.00 down then with rent plus lot rent plus water my monthly is over a 1000.00 which is crazy for a trailer. And not a brand new one either and no place for even a shed or deck.
It has really gotten run down over the years. When I was a child, it was THE place to live. An the trailers were nice, inside an out. Now it just looks like the meaning of trailer park trash. Sad.
Doesn't plow the roads, roads are in bad shape with potholes everywhere, many trailers are in bad shape
This Trailer Park used to be the most beautiful trailer park around. Every bodies yards were always well kept and trailer owners had a sense of pride and respect for themselves and for their neighbors. For the most part only a very few with values still exist. The trailer) park looks like a scene straight out of a slum movie. Too many Owners and Managers with the Money on their mind rather than making a nice community
I am impressed with the new ownership! SG Communities has friendly employees and a Facebook group for the residents. Gracious Estates will continue to see improvements!
Offering free lot rent and other move in bonuses. Most people who have lived here, historically, have had issues with management. May be under new management now.
