They really take care of my buddy. I love the hard work they do. Bambi is a part of our family and we wanted the best vet for him and we found it here.

We have had four generations of dogs receiving primary care at this clinic. Dr. Robinson and Dr. Wauhob are true professionals. The staff is courteous, kind and always willing to provide great care and service. I give my highest recommendation!

I adopted Sylvy Jo two days before I was dramatically assaulted.and this was at the thick of the pandemic, mind you. No one was taking new patients, not a single clinic.except Grand Ave.and they have treated us so wonderfully, so kind. Sylvy Jo wouldn't eat when I first adopted her and I broke down on the phone crying.and we worked through it. Purina pro plan lamb and oat meal with salmon oil topper. They're a small clinic, which is what I like, and I don't mind waiting in the car for everyone's safety during a pandemic, still- but they're allowing patients in now. I trust them, they make us feel safe.

Everyone is kind and patient here. We trust the vets and they've done an excellent job on our dog's spay and a tooth pull. Highly recommend!

Great service. Very clean. My only complaint is it doesn’t feel like they listen to what you have to say and if you have to make big decisions they don’t take into account finances. I feel like more empathy could go a long way. Asked for a call back from a vet recently and instead was given a call by the receptionist saying I needed to schedule an appointment.

Very friendly staff and always are willing to answer all of my questions to ensure my dogs are cared for the best they can be. Pretty reasonable pricing.

I really love these guys, my pup is very nervous and reactive and the first vet I took her too was very rude about her being reactive and didn’t take my suggestions of a muzzle seriously, these guys have been so welcoming and accommodating making her feel so much better than where she’s been before. I very much recommend them!

I took my 2 year old cat Moo here because she needed her regular checkup and was having ear problems.

The staff was very friendly and very responsive. The veterinarian herself called me and we went over the results and treament. Even with the covid restrictions this was a very quick and easy appointment.

Professional and Moo was all better in 2 weeks. Also, they accepted my pet insurance no problem.

We use Grand Avenue Veterinary Hospital for our dog, for both routine exams/vaccines as well as sick visits. Everyone there is friendly, caring and very knowledgeable. Most importantly, they treat our dog with gentleness and true concern for his well-being. They understand our dog is a part of the family! I highly recommend Grand Avenue Vet Hospital.

We have been going to Grand Ave. Vet for over 40 years and have had nothing but the best care for our pets. Outstanding care and expertise from the entire staff. I cannot imagine going anywhere else for medical assistance for our pets.

Franky was in for his yearly check and as usual everyone was friendly and helpful. They had a plan to keep us a part as is recommended at this time and were quick to explain the how and why. I have been taking my 4 legged babies here for over 20 years and would not go anywhere else.
