I love living at Grand Ridge the manager is very nice and understanding. Very nice cozy apartment thank you for letting me be a resident here.

My team and I are the current vendors for Grand ridge apartments off C avenue Northeast. We are responsible for cleaning their apartment turnovers and their common area hallways.

Not only are we going above and beyond on all of your cleaning needs inside the apartment and throughout your common areas but YOU have the pleasure of working with one of the best maintenance and office staff We have ever seen.

Heather would be your go to property manager at Grand ridge and she is incredible. She is always right on top of things and her organization is on point. She clearly has everything in order and you will be very impressed with these units.

Aaron with the maintenance team at Grand ridge is right on top of things and always has the best ethics.

You can't go wrong. It's a must see

Pros:
The place is located in a nice area that isn’t too far from necessities.
All of the neighbors have been pleasant to live near.

CONS:
Huge bug infestation problem (cockroaches). Pest control does come by but the problem is still persistent.
Lease renewal sucks! Despite being a problem free tenant and their units consistently being listed at 21% less than my original lease, they still increased my renewal rate by 11%.
The condition of the apartments doesn’t match the higher prices they’re asking for. An outdated unit shouldn't be priced the same as a unit at a new apt complex that’s a few miles away.

Overall this place is pretty mid. Also if you noticed, all of the good reviews are outdated and don’t necessarily hold true any more. I wouldn’t recommend staying here longer than 6 months.

My first impression was great from this place, Until after I moved in. Because Unfortunately for me this place was infested, and I mean INFESTED with cockroaches. I have never seen so many cockroaches in my life! It was disgustingly terrifying!

Good thing I only signed a 6 month lease. But when moving out I was forced to throw away ALL of mine and my children’s furniture to ensure I didn’t take any cockroaches to my new place.

I completely cleaned and left my apartment the same way I found it according to their “move out” checklist but they still withheld my deposit and didn’t even acknowledge the fact that I had to throw away $1000s of Dollars worth of belongings due to their negligence!

Do not rent from this place!
