Grand River Medical Group: Multi-Specialty Clinic

This is one of the worst clinics. My doctor seems like he’s never available. The receptionist here are unprofessional and rude and it’s hard to get in touch with someone about scheduling an appointment. This place really needs to be reported because no one shows no compassion at doing their job.

I was taken back to the exam room pretty promptly. However, once there I waited 45 minutes in a tiny room for the provider to see me. They weren't busy. There weren't any people in the waiting area. I feel like they didn't care how long you were waiting. If I didn't absolutely need an antibiotic I would have just left.

When receiving care at the clinic, the service is great; however, I have yet to have a good experience while over the phone with this clinic. At one point, I was without a medication that my life was dependent on and called multiple time for 4 days before filling it through a different clinic. Today, I received a call while I was in a class and was told to call back asap so I called back within 10 minutes after my class was finished. The lady was absolutely rude in a very condescending way and told me she couldn't help me until tomorrow although the office is open for 4 more hours. Not very impressed with the communication outside of the office.

I have been a type 1 diabetic my whole life. I highly recommend endocrinologist Dr. Ronald Iverson. He is a very caring and personable doctor. He really takes his time with you and gets to know you. You can really tell he enjoys what he does. And he knows his stuff!

Being a older guy I've had many doctors in my lifetime. Dr Jill Powers is absolutely the best Dr. I've ever had and hopefully the last i ever have. She always take time to hear any questions I have. No she didn't pay me to say this!

I would recommend Angel Hubanks. Takes time to listen, find the source of issues, etc.

Ian Koontz and Dr Hoss are not on the list. They will not address your symptoms and we're disrespectful.

Clinic is horrible but dr kumor is awesome hopefully he leaves because they will bill you for crazy things an have a different excuse every time you call INSURANCE FRAUD at it’s finest

Apparently ya end up not being able to go to only one appointment due to an issue, and suddenly doctors don't want to see ya anymore? Apparently for trying to follow up care on a possible heart issue too? What a way to conduct things, truly, prime example of the word "care" right there.

Have been there a few times and has been nice here and there, phone reception sometimes is immensely passive aggressive at times. Some of the nurses so far have been nice. Though apparently miss one appointment and its all over, start from new. Awful.

I have Dr. Cao, Internal Medicine. I handpicked him myself. Great Doctor, knows his stuff.

Dr. Jill Powers is the best doctor I've ever had! She is very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff were super understanding when I was late to my appointment one day. Another time, a nurse walking by helped me when she could tell I was about to pass out after getting my blood drawn- i wasn't her patient but she made sure I got the help I needed. Friendly and professional staff, would highly reccomend to anyone looking for a primary care/internal medicine doctor

Not at all happy with the specialist. Can't get answers to anything and she don't listen to what works and what I've been on before.
