Granite Castle, Des Moines IA

This is the 3rd home that Granite Castle has done for us. We could not be any happier with how it looks. Very professional, timing was just what they stated, cleaned up after installation. Would definitely recommend them. Thanks Oscar!

We could not be more happy with Oscar, and his crew! We went up on a Saturday which by the way was awesome. That they was open on a Saturday because most granite places are closed on the weekends. We walked in was greeted right away Oscar took us out showed us the slabs they had was very very helpful write out a cupboard that was almost the same color as I was going in so I could have a better look at what each piece would look like with my color of my cabinets we picked one pick up the edge and I wanted which was fantastic they came down to measure two days later put my deposit down for days later he sent me a picture saying they were working on it which I thought was great to see them working on it and that he took the time to send me a picture and let me know. Twodays after that he called me and asked me if they could go ahead and install it. Mind you we live an hour from Des Moines these guys come down installed it with an hour maybe an hour 20 minutes cleaned up after themselves take care of everything in my kitchen to make sure nothing was scratched just all-around these guys did amazing job very polite couldn't ask for anything better and I am very very pleased with the way my counters turned out amazing would highly recommend him in fact we're having them come back to do our master bathroom! We had a good experience with Granite Castle. They were professional and came to our home to measure the espace, even though two other popular places told us to measure the space ourselves! The delivery was as expected. Clean and professional. The counter top looks great. Good prices too.

If I could give them zero stars, I would.

I made an appointment with them for somebody to come to my home and give me an estimate for some work I needed done. Nobody showed up, nor did I receive a call that nobody would be coming/would be late/could try to reschedule.

Called them the next day to have two different excuses thrown at me, and THEN they wanted to charge a $100 travel fee for them to come out for the estimate. (Des Moines to Ames)

RIDICULOUS!

This place does a terrible job when it comes to customer service. I made an appointment to meet Adrian at 530 pm on a weeknight to have my wife and I look at options for granite. We arrived at 515pm waited inside, no one came, I went in the back, got one of the workers, we called Adrian, he told me he was on an install and could not make it. We drove over 50 miles to meet him. Needless to say we were ticked. On a positive note we did go to Iowa Countertops in Grimes. They were awesome! Stay away from Granite Castle.
