Thanks to their app and mobile check in, I never have to wait more than maybe 5-10 minutes when I arrive.

I have an alternative or edgy hairstyle, and you wouldn’t think it, but the stylists here listen to my very specific directions, ask great clarifying questions, and today especially i left with the most snatched version of my hairstyle I’ve had in about a year. 10/10 will definitely keep coming here!

It's easy to put your name on the waiting list online and you will be given an approximation of time to come in. This is usually accurate and saves valuable time.

I had to start going to the Merle Hay location because Beaverdale closed. I was amazed at how big, clean & nice it was. Punch cards.which I had never heard of. Wow!

Kristi gave me the best haircut. I've ever had. That's why I keep going back.

I want to say first that we have visited this location with excellent results multiple times. Unfortunately, on this occasion I took my youngest for a cut after which the child expressed total dismay at how they looked. Stylist didn't check notes to see how the cut has been executed well before and did not do what the child requested. Hair was way too short on sides and bangs appeared. Stylist acted dismissive and rushed.

I got an excellent haircut but the service not so good. I get my hair cut short for my personal identity and when she said something like this is a man's haircut I was troubled. I came to get a haircut not to be second guessed on who I am as a human being and to be frank I'm not coming back because it made me super uncomfortable.

They were very friendly and I did not have to wait very long to get my hair cut. Rebecca was very friendly and professional. She knew what type of Hair Cut I wanted. I will be back again.

I got some blond lady that butchered my hair. I’m a 50 year old man and my hair is simple.

I am a mother who helps my child practice independency henceforth, my 17 year old went to get his haircut by himself.
The staff convinced him to use a better shampoo and somewhat forced
him to buy unwanted product.
I did not expect this, I thought that the staff would have some common sense not to impose products to younger people as they obviously not need it as they are not earning much.
I went to the store and told my son that he does not need the product, the cashier stated that next time I should come in with my 17 year old to get his haircut done.
I have a better solution, I will not have him get his hair cut at this location, as well as his older brother, my husband and the rest of my relatives.

Clean, not crowded, friendly employees and great environment. Really clean restrooms. Easy to relax and have fun.

My regular great clips in beaverdale closed so had to go to a different shop. I went to Merle Hay shop and was treated great. I even got a great hair cut. I will be going back for sure
