On further review the haircut was decent I only wished they're was a little more fade in my bald fade. Staff is always been friendly

Normally we would get decent haircuts. Today we did not. The stylest were nice but they definitely rushed.

My son am I walked in to the army post road location To get our haircuts because I could not get us into supercuts To make a long story short my son had a excellent beautiful she did it the right way and listened to my son my beautician on the other hand did not listen to me she was more in the mood to do things her way and not my way I actually instructed her to cut my hair all one length she did not follow what I said she actually pinned up my hair combed it out the bottom part that's close to your neck and then cut that part way too short to where I can't even make a ponytail Now I have to wait for that hair to grow out all because she did not follow my instructions which is the reason why neither of them gotta tip

Wanted a long high low cut. My hair is way to short now and it's all one length and it doesn't look good with my chubby face. Nothing like the picture I showed her. Now I'll wear it tied up till it hets long enough to try again. Not flattering or cute at all. Ready to cry. She did what she wanted with my hair. Not what I wanted. In tears

The stylist that did my husband's hair did an excellent job this stylist that cut my hair did a chop job it was so bad I had to have another stylist redo my hair I will not go back to that store if they cannot have consistent help

Horrible experience my daughter wanted layers in her hair she showed her a picture of what she wanted and she got no layers. Didn’t even cut her bangs. Didn’t talk to her AT ALL. Her hair is all the same length not what she asked for. The first picture is what my daughter asked for the second picture is what she got.

After emailing customer service like they said to do nothing has still happen no email back nothing. Save your time and go elsewhere
