My daughter and I received haircuts at great clips on 12/22 not only did the person doing my daughter's hair slow at cutting but did a horrible job! Making my beautiful daughter very sad! Will never go there again!

I have never been to Great clips before. My wife took me to get a haircut and we couldn't find any place to get in right away. So we just stopped on a whim at Great clips. We were able to get in right away. A nice lady named Kitty entered me into the system and then went and cut my hair right away. I kind of showed her what I liked my hair to look like and it was really long so that would be difficult to interpret but she did a great. It was very friendly and very. The whole environment was very friendly. There were a lot of people getting their haircut today. She said that they are always busy and I can see. It appeared clean and inviting. And it was certainly fast and value focused.

Was in desperate need of a haircut and my regular place was booked. My son goes here and they do a great job for him, so I gave it a try. Got a great layered and low maintenance cut for a decent price. Will definitely come back here!

My daughter was suppose to get her hair cut for a trip. The manager decided to start picking thru her hair and said there was lice eggs. She call someone else over who didnt really verify that it was eggs because there was no live lice. She said it loudly enough that everyone getting their haircut heard her. My daughter was tramitized and went to the vehicle crying. The manager then went on to cut my other daughters hair and didnt even check her, like she did my older daughter. I do believe that it was because my older daughter had very long hair and she wanted it cut alot shorter which would have been a bit of work. She was checked by several people as well as a nurse and did not have anything in her hair.
We will not be returning there in the future. Very unprofessional for a manager.

Super fast. Super good stylists. Was in town for about a day and needed a cut. Walked in and was out, even with 5 in the queue when I walked in, in about 30 minutes. Happy with my cut.

It's hard finding a good barber while also finding a decent price. I found that combo here. I have a double cowlick, and it gives most barbers trouble with cutting my hair. However, after finding this place, I don't think I'll be going anywhere else. Sometimes I have to wait a bit because I wait for a specific barber, but it is worth it. All of the ladies here are friendly, and it's a lighthearted atmosphere when you're there.

5 stars because it is what it is. If you want a cheap fast haircut this is the place. Online service works well, cuts down on any wait time.
If your looking for something special or creative then why would you go to great clips anyway?
You don't go to McDonald's to get a filet mignon. And you don't go to a high class restaurant to get a fast food cheeseburger. Same in the case of haircuts, this is the best fast haircut you can get for 15 dollars.

I love going in to sir in Jada's chair! She is so amazing, she listens to what you want done and does it very well! Love all the ladies in there.

One of their stylists did a free haircut and butchered my hair. I specifically said below my brow-bone and my bangs now sit in the middle of my forehead. I cannot style it without it looking like a 2 year old took safety scissors to it. Do not recommend using some of their stylists.

It's a Great Clips, don't have any high expectations. Seems like the last couple of times I've gone, they have missed a few areas to trim. Besides that, the staff is always friendly.
