3Went to get an update on a cut I'd gotten a week prior. The two stylists working were very professional and helpful. While one fixed the haircut, the other searched through the computer to find details about my previous cuts. Great attitudes and excellent teamwork! I left a nice cash tip when all was said and done.
The cut the I was given is horrible, I tried to describe what I wanted and she called it an angled bop, I wanted it shorter up the back but was told that she couldn't do it because of the curl. I have had this cut many times so i know it can be done. Needless to saying won't be going back. Your stylists should pay more attention to what the customer wants.
My son and I got haircuts, took 10 minutes and we were both done. Staff were great at keeping engaged with conversation. Would recommend.
