Brought my daughter in for a quick haircut. I appreciate they got her in right away as a walk in and my daughter showed the stylist a picture of what she wanted what she got looks nothing like the photo and she spent 3 hours crying at home because she felt she looked like a boy. It took a lot of styling for her to like it. Very dissatisfied with this and I will absolutely never set foot in there again.

Took my son in for a haircut on Sunday. The hair dresser didn't even ask how I wanted his hair and just started cutting. Cut it was too short. When she was using the clippers behind his ears, her hands were shaking and made his hair uneven behind his ears and super choppy on top. I'm so frustrated especially since we have family pictures next week.

Got turned away at 530 and they close at 6. How is one supposed to get a haircut when they work from 8-530 and can’t get turned away before they close?

Took my son for a haircut. He has long hair down his back and wanted it shortened to shoulder length before summer. He has gotten picked on by others kids for having his hair long. The stylist not only cut his hair perfectly but also told him how cool his long hair is and gave him a confidence boost. We will definitely be back!

Should be 0. The lady was super nice, but had no clue what she was doing with my texture/type of hair. I've never had hair ripped from my scalp during a thinning until my cut here. My scalp still hurts from how hard she yanked on it, which after having my hair thinned all my life I KNOW isn't the proper way to brush out the thinned hair. I also asked for a specific cut, and basically received no cut from the look/feel. She told me she was going to give me layers, TOLD me. Then didn't give me any. Didn't cut off all of the damaged hair, but said she did. Cut off just enough though, that I'm going to have to go shorter than I wanted to get it fixed somewhere else. I walked out looking like nothing had been done, still feels heavy because it wasn't thinned correctly or enough. Worst experience ever. Don't waste you're time or money going here.
