Walked in to watch Sunday football at noon up at the bar and could not sit at the bar due to employees kids spread out taking up the bar section. We were the only people dining in and service was bad. My husband requested salt and the waitress/bartender never came back. Waitress spent her time speaking with the kids at the bar instead. Only one tv had nfl Sunday football on it. Would not recommend coming here to eat and drink and watch football.

We Did my Grandsons birthday party here today. What a great time! Rented a party room. 2 games of lazer tag for 10 people. 10 game cards for each kid. Great deal! Food was part of the rental. Pizza, chicken strips and French fries along with pitchers of Pop. The Chicken strips Are Delicious. Fries steaming hot and crispy! The staff was Amazing! Every kid had a great time. And so did all of us! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND A PARTY HERE! Thank you very much for making my Grandsons birthday celebration extra special. Great job Great Escape!

The workers were great. Very nice and attentive and the place was very clean…however, 4 of us bowled… (1 kid and 3 adults) …$85. We also bought a sampler platter ($35…not a good deal) and a pizza, and 1 drink. Our food total came to $85 as well. We ate 1/4 of the pizza. The sauce was horrible! None of us even finished a whole slice. The worker was nice and asked if we wanted a box for the pizza. I said NOPE and told her that we thought the sauce was nasty. She didn’t say anything. She just walked away. Didn’t ask if we wanted anything else. That was it. The people bowling next to us also had about 70% left of their pizza and they said the same…not good. If you go here, be careful. The prices are WAY expensive and the food sucked. The shot of crown I had for $10 was good…but that would be hard to mess up. All in all, $180 was pretty steep. We may bowl again, but will never waste our money again on the uncooked, doughy, nasty sauce pizza and way overpriced sampler.

We took our 9 year old grandson for an afternoon of fun. We enjoyed the lazer tag, bowling and the arcade. He had a blast and we were all worn out after a few hours. Great, accommodating staff and fun environment. We will be back for more.

They wouldn't allow me come in as professional mascot they promises me could very disturbing and disrespectful of them hopefully they will change there minds on this please thank you

Went with the family to play a round of lazer tag and ended up leaving with vouchers. To start we walked to the desk down by the room and the manager Romeo told us we had to go up front to pay. We get up front and tell the kid what we were told and he said “I’m sorry guys he should of just took care of you down there. ” He went ahead rang us up and told us just to show the receipt. We go back down the guy is nowhere to be found. 20 minutes later he comes back. We go into the room and he can’t get the instruction video to play that took 30 minutes then he finally says “we’ll just skip the video this time” he hands us all the same color vests we asked him if we can do two teams he said “no you’re doing free for all” he walks us into the room has us stand by the wall and tells us what we are supposed to do when it’s starts and he leaves. Nothing was working. He reset the computer multiple times then said he got it working and left the room. Still nothing was working I went to look for him couldn’t find him. He finally comes back in on the phone with a lady and she tells him if he can’t figure it out to just refund our money. He gets off the phone and says “you’ll need to go up front and ask for a refund. ”

I feel like if you’re the “manager” you should probably know how to run the place let alone have better customer service. It was such a disappointing experience we took our business to Spare time which was worth the drive the family had a blast and it was a fun experience.

Great spot for the kids they do charge $3.00 now if you don't already have a card, which is annoying.

Way to pricey 14$ for an arcade game I remember putting coins into a machine now you have to buy a whole card and put money on it.

This was my first time visiting here. We had a large group of 50 people from my church for bowling. The facility was very clean. The staff were friendly and quick to assist with spills and cleanups. We ordered pizzas, sodas, and chicken strips for the group and the food was served hot and fresh and pitchers were replenished regularly. The equipment was in great condition and we had no issues during our 3 hours there. A few of us stayed for laser tag and video games on the other side of the facility and that was a great time as well. I would recommend it for families and groups.

Tried their bowling facility through a Groupon.it was ok but this place needs a new restaurant with healthy food options

We had what ended up being a really great experience today in the Laser Tag and arcade! It started out a little rocky, with a fully booked laser tag room, but after waiting in the queue for awhile, and explaining the situation to a manager we were able to have a wonderful time!

Connor and Ryan in the laser tag area were both incredibly patient and helpful and made our 6 year olds weekend! And thanks to management for being so responsive to our concerns. We will definitely be back soon! The bowling looks awesome.

Bartender and waitress weren't friendly at all or helpful. We probably won't be coming back.

This is such an amazing place. Took our girls today and the check in was simple and the atmosphere is very friendly. I immediately look at the cleanliness of places and they get an A+ for this. We bowled for two hours and had a blast.

The balls are marked and the shoes are newer than most establishments typically have. Drinks come with free refills. The food looked amazing, but we had already eaten. Afterwards, we headed to the arcade, which our girls absolutely loved. They also have laser tag, which we did not do. Next time. Wow, this was the end of spring break for our girls, this day made it a great one. We will definitely be back!

The price is unbeatable! Family fun for sure.

They have a wonderful VIP room for birthday parties conferences and banquets. It is clean and the staff is nice the food is really good my kids enjoyed the pizza. It's right by an ice cream shop which is a fabulous.

Good atmosphere and had a good time with family for a surprise birthday day out. Staff was even nice and gave us $15 in free Arcade play because was my son's birthday. Food was good.

We had a party for 10 kids at 3pm. When I spoke to the party organizer she stated if we had more then 10 kids show up we would be given additional chairs. We show up and there were 2 tables of 10 chairs. We thought this was perfect seating for adults and kids. Within 10 minutes of sitting down an employee told us there was an additional party going on it our same area. Only 20 seats for 2 families? I was a bit frustrated because of the amount of money we spent to have a party here we were given the tiniest party area with adults awkwardly standing and it was very crowded. 20 minutes goes by and they come apologize and told us they were sorry they miss understood. The other party was supposed to be somewhere else. It gave me some relief because it gave the adults an area to declutter. Our kids show up around 320-330 the employees are nowhere to be found. I finally found an employee to get our first round of laser tag going and the kids LOVED it. After this it’s about 345, the kids got their arcade passes which ran out very quickly. I feel an unlimited option for so much time would be better option to keep the kids more entertained. They ran out of their points within 10 minutes. So this is at 355. The employee came up and said we can do cake and eat food and our next laser tag would be at 430. I told him that worked perfect. We ate and did cake and went to go do laser tag. He told us there was a mix up with another party and it wouldn’t be until 445. I said that was fine. I went to find the employee at 445 and couldn’t find him so I found someone else who took me to him. He said he was sorry AGAIN and that there was another mix up. He didn’t realize they had 2 games of laser tag so they gave all of our kids free $5 arcade passes to keep them busy. Well, our party was supposed to be over at 5. Half of the kids had to leave because their families had plans and with everything being pushed back it wouldn’t be over until 530. Super frustrating. I felt like a chicken with my head cut off trying to get refills, cups, plates etc.very unorganized, but so much fun for the kids. Thankfully the kids that could stay until 530 enjoyed every bit of the party. Since half of the party had to leave they let me, my husband and another mom at the party join in on a game of laser tag with no additional charge. They did great with accommodating mistakes that were out of their control. I really appreciate that, but hope this review will help with future party planning. 10 chairs is not enough room for a party of 10 kids considering family and younger siblings come with the party as well.

Used to be our spot for wings. Tried to call in to place our usual order and the phone system is messed up. Then we got someone by calling back and speaking to the bowling alley and they no longer take mobile orders, but they did let us know we could order pick up through door dash (increased prices). Nope, no thanks!

Really it used to be our favorite spot for wings and bowling for the kids. The new owners have seemed to have flipped it on its head. We waited 2 1/2hrs for 1 lane and still weren’t placed after people who came in after us had bowled and were leaving already. The arcade has triple in price. It was 9: 30 before we were told still another 40 minute wait, and they close at 11. Sad to say we won’t be taking our family events here anymore.

Very nice and clean and 100% handicap accessible.a greatplace to have some fun. Been here multiple time very accommodating place.
